We were traveling and thought let's try something new. My rating reflects how I thought the service and the food was. Not impressed. I will not be back

The food was good and once the order was taken, it came out fast. The only downfall was it took awhile for our server to come to the table and take our order. The music was a little to loud for my liking but I also went late Night and that just might be something they do at night. They also have a small arcade for kids and kids also eat free everyday with a paying adult which is a good perk. I would come back but I'll would like to come in daytime to see how the vibe is.

Walked in on a Sunday at lunch only four customers there including me. There were more staff than customers they were all in the back laughing sat there for over five minutes, waiting to be served, and nobody even acknowledge me. Don't think I'll be wasting my time coming back to this establishment ever again

This place was one of my favorites back in the day, but these days it is just average, at best. The service was still great though. I like my wings extra well done and made the mistake of ordering extra crispy...well they brought them out like they were KFC. To top it off, you could only order one sauce or they had to be on the side. Not a fan.... The service and and the desert were their saving grace.

The service was great by Maysun and the atmosphere was good. It's a little loud but alot of locals that know each other so that is good. I got the chicken frickers nachos and they were very good. I just had to order 2 extra sour cream which cost extra because they come in a little cup. I would recommend this place and it was my first time at this restaurant. It is very dark in this frickers as I had to use my flashlight to read the menu but I thought it was just me but saw that someone else also noticed that. Will return to try some more food and beer!!

We haven't always gotten the best service at Frickers, especially at our location in Springfield, but I'll give credit where credit is due... We had a GREAT experience here recently, much better than past visits, when it seemed like you had to be a table full of AWESOMELY CUTE GUYS to get any attention from your waitress (except when it was time to get your bill!!) That wasn't the case during our recent visit to this location, and it was a welcome change!! We share a chips and cheese appetizer, a fricken' chicken pizza (yep, that's what they call it), and Bob had a chicken sandwich with fries. Quick, friendly service, and we never felt rushed. This location, in my opinion, has a better, more open set-up than the Springfield location, and at least during our visit, a much more attentive, better trained crew. Will be back, when we're in the area...!!!

My first time getting take out at Frickers which was brought out to my car (within 10 minutes of ordering) by the friendly staffer even though this was not part of the service. No one inside. I ordered at the desk inside and had a 10oz of fried shrimp in a choice of garlic and herbs sauce (lots of flavor options here) and also some Curley fries should have asked for catsup. This was just a snack we ate in our car right in front to hold us over. This is normally a sports bar and attracts patrons to come together for a meal and chat. Seems like a fun place to hang out.

Service sucks it takes for ever to get refills and to get the check. Also food was kind of mud.

Waited 15 min at the front door till a customer said we could seat our selves. After 10 min at our seat a waitress of another section takes our drink order. Comes back with my sons drink not mine and takes food order. 25 min later our actual waitress asks if we want to order anything.Said we did 25 min ago. Walked off and no one spoke to us again. 45 minutes and no drink and no food So we left Dec 30th 1:30-2:40

It had been many months since our last crappy meal there, so we thought maybe it had improvedNope it got worseWouldn't recommend to my enemy's, it was that bad
