Flying Pizza

Service was quick and the pizza was outstanding! The staff was friendly and you could tell worked well as a team!

We love Flying Pizza! The brothers and their family are amazing and so fun! Always fast service, fresh food and friendly atmosphere. We get the pizza by the slice! Everyone can have exactly what they want! The deluxe pizza is my favorite and hubby always gets the sausage and pepperoni. Don't forget the "bosco" sticks to share too They accept credit cards but cash is helpful! If you're downtown, looking for a quick snack or flying through for pizza--Flying Pizza is the spot for you!

Had a slice of pizza and it was great! Inside looked nice and clean. Staff was friendly and spoke with me as I was human. They asked questions about my job since I mentioned why I was in town for the week. Good job guys. I'll be stopping by today around lunch time 09/25/2024 12pm-1pm. This time around I'll take a seat inside!

We were doing a scavenger hunt in Dayton and were famished. When we walked by Flying Pizza it smelled so good we knew we had to go back. For $34 we got a large 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni and sausage pizza, two garlic sauce cups, and three fountain sodas. There is a sign saying they prefer cash, but they won't turn you away if you need to use a card to pay. We were given silverware, paper plates and our beverages then sent to find a seat. The dining room is small (the pizza was the size of the table lol) and was packed but it was comfortable. They offered bottled beer, salads desserts etc. When the pizza came out hot and fresh from the oven it was STEAMING hot! It is New York style pizza and the sausage was crumbled very small which I prefer. We couldn't wait and didn't care if we burned our mouths. It was delicious! So delicious. The cheese was stringy and snappy and perfect. We literally ate the whole thing. I would eat it again today! And tomorrow. And the next day! Ha Give it a try, you'll love it!

The food was delicious! Me and my group got a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza The workers were fast and helped us to split the check! They have a nice seating area and you can push the tables together. The pizza slices are huge so come hungry!

The boys, Frank and Antonio are amazing people. Excellent pizza and traditional service from authentic New York people.

It's been probably 15-20 years since I've eaten here because I moved away, but damn! This is still some of the best pizza out there.Amazingly, I actually recognized the owner slinging the pie he looked exactly the same +20 years and grey hair, lol.I will definitely return whenever I'm back in the area.

Love Flying Pizza, closest thing I've had to actual NY pizza since I left NY. Nicest people run this chain, and we miss the Fields Ertel location!
