Florence Bowling Center

I have been wanting to come up for a year and finally made it. I've read many reviews about this place. All I can say is individual results vary and timing is everything. I called before we went to confirm the hours. The individual was professional and polite. We showed up after nine. There were some games going on but the bowlers were finishing games. The individuals we dealt with were great. They were helpful and patient with our ignorance of the bowling alley. First impressions are everything and this place and the staff made a great impression on Barbie and I. We only had time to play one game but it was a great time. She was kicking my butt until the tenth frame when I came from behind to win by one. We plan to come back with more family members next time.

Not sure why Ashley, Dustin, Kelsey, and Tom cappin on the employees here. Spent 16 dolla for da two hour, employee chillin too fr. They aint make no remakrs or nun like dat, dis palce much betetr than la ru ova dere in da shlums. Fire bowling allye frfrrfrfr dont cap on thjem, jawnts ova dere at da flo bo.

Don't be fooled by the negative reviews, this is a great bowling alley! I've been bowling for more than a decade and I go out of my way to come here every week, one of the best alleys in the area.

Terrible experience here. What started out as a great night with friends, turned into a terrible experience because of an employee. It was near closing time on a Saturday night so we all started to take off our shoes to turn back in. Two of us were returning the shoes while the rest of us were still at the lane. Someone I took to be an employee very rudely said to us "you guys better throw your trash away". I was very taken aback but said "yes, no problem. We planned on it". The woman then mumbled something nastily under her breath. As we were checking out I told the bar tender that if they wanted to keep business that the employees should probably be more friendly towards their guests and that we would not be back. Our group was then leaving an another employee came out to tell us the woman who made the rude comments wasn't even an employee of the establishment? Regardless of if she was or wasn't an employee, whoever she was, she caused a loss 6 customers who like to drink and bowl and will not be back. The place was dead anyway for a Saturday night. Much better places around.

Just came home from Florence Bowl. I was there last summer, the A/C was out and the place was unbearable. I thought it couldn't be the same this year but I just left Florence Bowl for the same reason, it is SO hot it is unbearable. What a waste of money.

Ehh. The people working were so nice. Checking in was easy.Issues here:The music. This is suppose to be a family fun place to go however there is music talking about "scratching my couchy" and "trying to get my b hole stretched" like WTF. Extremely inappropriate.The shoes, mine were literally falling apart. They were so old. The place it self is kind of just dirty all together. We left and immediately used hand sanitizer until we got home then had to fully shower it was just nasty.Overall not a good experience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my daughter here tonight to spend time with her before she leaves for 2 weeks.. we've been planning this night for a long time. It was supposed to be a special night but thanks to this employee in these photos it wasn't. At the end of our 2 hours bowling the employee changed my name from the tablet to mom needs bowlin lessons. He was the only employee over there and me and my daughter literally saw him typing the name change in the tablet. When he saw us taking a picture of it he hurried and changed it back but we already got a photo. This is how a paying customer gets treated.. someone who spent 60 dollars here... wow.. ill never spend my money here again. do not go here!! & by the way I just had major surgery 2 weeks ago so to disrespect me like this.. what a disgusting human being. Scum!

Brought my son here for his birthday To have a good time. Tried to pay for 2 games of bowling(8 games total), I was told by the female employee with glasses that I had to pay $47 for 2 hours of unlimited bowling @ 8:33pm. The lane wasn't ready for us to bowl until 8:50pm and they shut the lanes off mid game 10pm. I asked for a refund for the one hour and she rolled her eyes, said it wasn't her problem, and that she couldn't do anything about it. And to top it off, there were still 6 other lanes who's lanes weren't shut off! Won't return to this place!

We had a very good time here. The young manager was Accommodating and made every effort to help us bowl. He provided us with a pleasant experience and we will be back. It was clean.

Owner let there kids run wild with no respect there kids came down and reset are score board and was throwing bowling bowls everywhere. When talked the the front desk they said that's the owners kids and did nothing about it
