I really enjoy going to Five Seasons. I have been a member there 20 or more years. I understand it is a Tennis Club. It does offer other services though. I go to the club for the Yoga Classes. Before Covid there were so many great classes. I truly understand all classes were suspended as ordered. The problem is the club will not bring back classes. There are very few classes only now although all of us have asked, filled out cards and expressed an interest to stay there for their classes. They are losing members and will continue to with local competition. It's sad actually for this club.

I will start by saying I am a member and have been one for several years, I have overlooked the outdated facility for the main reason that my family enjoys the pool so much. However I have come to my breaking point. The club caters to the older members solely and I am over it. It is not kid friendly at all. The grumpy older members are constantly complaining when the children are swimming in the pool or playing basketball on the court, because they are too loud. What the club fails to see is that the younger members with families are the ones who bring the money to the club, we are the ones who purchase the $20 chicken tenders from the snack bar and pay for the outrageous tennis lessons while the older members sit all day and drink free coffee and play cards. They need to wake up and see that their are other options for families if they aren't interested in their business.

My family has been coming here for nearly 30 years now. We've seen many changes including from having a nicer restaurant to a cafe, from having a formal banquet room to having more workout machines. Overall we are very pleased with the club still including the classes, fitness area, cafe and pools. The cafe seating could be updated, and some of the poolside amenities but overall great. I hope they don't keep moving towards a Silverlake type place. We like that it's good for kids, but also not TOO good for kids where we--a family of adults--don't feel welcome or annoyed yet. The cafe is also SUPER slow but it isn't a restaurant so you just have to adjust your expectations.

I come to this five seasons to work out, and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. While the service is good, the facility is out of date and just not very nice. Many of the machines and benches look like they are from the late 90s. The upstairs workout room is nice, but the downstairs is pitiful. I am seriously considering taking my money to a better gym. However, it is nice to belong to the pool here as well. The pool is what keeps me coming back, despite mainly using the workout facilities.

I grew up coming to Five Seasons. Over the years, we've seen countless renovations and staff changes. In spite of this, my family has been nothing but pleased with the classes offered, facilities, staff and overall experience.

Outstanding facility! Huge mufti-level building with many different types of exercise machines, great instructors, nice pool, steam room, and sauna. It is all here, along with a courteous staff!

We love five seasons. Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful, we love playing tennis and the tennis instruction is the best in the area. It has a fantastic pool - with lots to do for families.

I was a member less than a year and left due to poor cleanliness of showers, towels and pool area; which worsened as time passed. When I pointed this out to a manager, the reply was once a year they clean the pool area. That was when I left their membership.

I joined and boy do I regret it. At first I was assigned to a trainer that I did not click with. I asked to be moved to someone else and they refused. They told me to keep trying to work it out with her. Okay fine. Then after a few months, I was transferred. They assured me I could cancel my membership. I submitted everything they requested and they still will not cancel it. Big mistake.
