Hello came here the other day for a quick bite and they fell short food was certainly mediocre. The only reason why I gave them a three was because the customer service is so excellent they were sweet as pie but the food was not up to parWe all had the broccoli cheddar soup and had to ask for more cheese but then when we added the cheese it made the soup cold. My sister however did get the hamburger and she said it was decent. I ordered the chicken lemon pasta with the capers and it was so dry and I'm not sure that I was eating chicken?

Firehouse Grill is near Embassy Suites and a group of 15+ people decided to walk there for dinner. We didn't have any issue being seated (thankful). Our group snagged a few high top tables and we had a couple of team members taking our food and drink orders.The environment is casual and overall the restaurant is bright with several TVs scattered to watch sports.We did experience a lengthy wait in getting our first round of drinks as well as being asked about appetizers. So long in fact that we skipped the appetizers and moved ahead with ordering meals. However, once we got started the food came out quickly and we only had to hunt down one person's meal.I opted for the street tacos, picking chicken and pork. Delicious! And not overdone on the toppings, which I appreciated so that it didn't take away from the meat. We also loved the side of fries - and there's plenty to share. Plenty of beers on draft too!Thanks to the team for taking good care of our large group. I'd recommend it for yours!

The Firehouse Grill is a vibrant restaurant in Blue Ash with an ample menu. The variety is great: soup & salad, burgers and wings, gluten free dishes and much more. The food came out dialed quick after ordering and was pretty tasty. Our waitress was very nice but oh so unorganized... I realize that our group was large and that there would be a wait but even tho all of us in the group are easy going it got to a point where everyone grew restless and was unnerved by the waitress. Long wait for the drinks, wrong drinks, nowhere to be found at times. We waited forever (or at least 30 min) for our check to come back after handing her the credit card.

Alright food. Buffalo rolls are great though.I've have had the buffalo chicken wrap and the first half was great. Second half had wayyyy too much sauce. The chips were bland.Had the Chipotle wrap. No seasoning but the fryes were awesome.Had the Cobb salad and it was great.Prices are extremely high and service is so-so.

This was the worst dining experience our family has ever had. The food was terrible, not one of the meals we ordered was finished. The beer was warm. Our server brought water to us and then never returned. Our food was brought by someone else, she never checked to see how the food was or if we needed refills. When my 13 year old fell asleep in the booth waiting for the check, we went to the bar to try to pay for the meal- the bartender got our waitress who seemed surprised we were still there. The parking looked full, but it was nearly empty inside, very dingy. The menu had a lot of potential but total let down- especially considering how much they charge for the very mediocre food. Only good thing was the hostess- elderly lady, very nice. But save your money and go elsewhere.

Solid place for local brewery crafts, drinks, food and watching sports. Outdoor patio was nice for larger groups or family; suggest to make reservations. Indoor dining had plenty of large TV's around the bar and restaurant. Weekend live music entertainment provided. Service was friendly and attentive, but a bit slower during busy Saturday dinner hours; not a bad idea to order a couple drinks at a time if you're thirstier than usual. Variety of menu options from apps, salads, sandwiches, burgers to entree meals. Food was plentiful and flavorful, but not unique...good pub fare, perfect with drinks. Overall 3.5 rated experience for me, and meal costs $10-15pp.Tried a few apps...Pork Nachos, Pretzels, Quesadillas all tasty munchies. Ordered a Reuben sandwich that was good; but think next time I'd like to try a burger or another sandwich or meal. Check out FG&B, spacious venue and good social gathering spot, expansive craft offerings, plus variety of food and bar drinks. Enjoy!

Food was good, service was terrible.Waiter spilled drinks on my menu and server made no attempt to clean it up.Bar drinks were absolutely terrible.We have been there in the past but our last.visit we decided will be our last.

One server was wearing sweat pants and slippers. She honestly looked like she rolled out of bed and showed up to work in her pajamas. The hostess watched two elderly people struggle with the door on a very cold and icy night. Myself and another gentlemen got up from our seats to hold the door. Hostess barely looked up from her phone. Unfortunately, the food isn't good enough to overcome the service.

Haven't been here since the pandemic. Man has this place gone downhill. Half the taps handles are empty now. The back bar looks disgusting. The bar top itself was so sticky and gross I didn't make it through my beer. Place was dead and the girls working were doing nothing besides taking about how they could get out of work earlier. Not sure how this place is still in business.
