12.31.24 NYE 4pm party of 2. Delicious signature Pineapple martinis. Loved the featured charred Shrimp Appitizer with Goat Cheese. House bread was good. Our server was excellent, knowledgeable and prompt. The steak house atmosphere is stylish.Where they need help is hiring experienced kitchen staff that get the temperature & doneness of their steaks accurate.... which is key for an expensive cut of steak.We ordered a Medium Rare Ribeye and a Medium New York Strip Steak. Sadly the MR ribeye was a thin cut and came out Well Done.The Medium was a thick NY served Rare. They were happy to return the Steaks- clearly they were not cooked correctly. Management came over to kindly apologize and they swiftly brought new Steaks. Asked us to cut into them. The NY was perfect, served with a blue cheese and mushroom topping.My MR Ribeye looked perfect but after the first delicious bite, it was too Rare (See photo) seriously raw. The wood grilled flavor is what makes this restaurant uniquely delicious ... but they need cooks that can grill the meats to perfection EVERY Time!!! Their waste must be sky high!

Up front. This place is pretty pricey.The inside is very beautiful and a great place for a romantic lunch/dinner. The smell of the wood fire grill is amazing of you like that.They have a pretty full menu, but it is all on one page and tiny print. Keep that in mind if you do not see so well.Our waitress, Jillian, was great and even checked in how we wanted our appetizer and meal served on timing, wanting to make sure it was not all brought at once. That is so often overlooked at most places these days.We tried the deviled eggs for an appetizer. Pretty good and nicely presented. I don't think I've even seen a place offer deviled eggs in their menu before.We tried the grilled Salmon and Tomahawk pork chop. The presentation was amazing and the taste....wow. Very impressed with this food and would recommend this place if you are looking for a spec night out.

A few issues with food, but they took it off my bill. Service was good. It was busy so wasn't as quickly given menus as usual. Ambiance is always the same Overall probably an off day, but I wouldn't discourage anyone from going. This is just one visit

We went with a larger group to celebrate a birthday and the person whose birthday we were celebrating their food got forgotten. Food was below average quality. Steaks were poorly seasoned, to where both 9 year olds who ordered one did not like them and sent it back. Manager had a very poor attitude when bringing out food, and tried to tell one of our group members that she had their order and practically forced that individual to take the food even though it wasn't what they ordered. Manager was not friendly until after being made known our food quality was poor. She gave what seemed like a forced apology regarding our food. Our waitress, she was great, the male helping her seemed absent. Many times we sat waiting for drinks and appetizers. Will not be going back and do not recommend unless you're going for drinks.

Wow, what a lovely Valentine's Day dinner. In my reservation I asked if they could seat us in a quiet location. That reservation was made over a month ago. Last night, without reminding them they seated us in a quiet booth in the corner...very nice. We ordered garlic sirloin and a tomahawk pork chop...both cooked to perfection. Later we ordered the bread pudding for dessert...excellent. But really surprised us was that out of nowhere they brought us a second dessert, cheesecake I believe, and said it was on the house. How "sweet" of them. Btw...it was also excellent. Great evening overall.

Refreshing drinks, cheery servers, and calming ambiance make Firebirds a great Happy Hour find. We tried a few drinks and appetizers, all of which we enjoyed. The "Saintly Spritz" is light and refreshing - I'll definitely reorder. We were impressed with the balance of the "Melt My Heart" - even with cotton candy, it wasn't overly sweet. Pro Tip: As a watch out, the garlic parmesan / truffle parmesan fries may come out soggy/oily. It helps to request them crispy if you enjoy your fries on the drier side. They're also great with a side of ranch ;-)

Great food and service! And, they have the best tator tots!I made a reservation for dinner while traveling in the area and made my way to the restaurant. Plenty of parking in the shopping center, and the inside is warm and inviting.Beau was my server and was awesome. One of the best servers I have encountered in a while. I was dining alone and he exceeded all expectations. Often when I dine alone, I kind of feel like I am placed as a lower priority with service, or they forget about me. Beau provided the best service and guided through menu and suggestions and recommendations.For food, I went with the Durango Burger, Medium well, and low heat ($16.50). The beef is high quality and the burger is chile spiced, with pepper jack cheese, fried onions, and a roasted garlic ranch dressing. I went with tator tots as the side and they were perfect. Crunchy, delicious, not to greasy, and not overcooked. Took a piece of carrot cake to go (for later) and it was delicious and was nice to have dessert in the hotel.Great location! Top quality across the board and will definitley eat at Firebirds again!

Happy birthday to me. Steak cooked perfect. Tuna appetizer could be a meal for 1 it was that big and tuna cooked perfect. The side of carrots good flavor but could be a little more tender. The corn side also good but probably would not get again. The staff signed a birthday card and a cheesecake dessert. The cheesecake light and creamy so get it even if it is not your birthday. The wood grill smelled great.
