We always have such a great experience here. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and there's nothing on the menu that isn't good! The seasonal cocktails are fun and imaginative, and every dish we've tried is delicious. I definitely recommend a reservation for the busier nights of the week, because it can get packed quickly.

Have visited here for business lunch multiple times and have had decent meals each time. The staff has been generally attentive and gets you in and out in normal business lunch timing. I have had various salads - Colorado Chicken Salad and the Grilled Salmon Salad and both have been large portions. The Chicken Salad had more flavor than the Salmon, but both helped me leave feeling like I had a healthy lunch meal out. I look forward to coming back and trying additional menu items, and appreciate they are marked with what is gluten sensitive.

We've been here several times over the years, and it is one of our favorite places for a nice dinner.Today we each had their Baby Back Ribs and they were AWESOME!! They were fall-off-the-bone tender, juicy, great flavor, and just the right amount of BBQ sauce. Our server gave us damp towels for our fingers, but we were able to get every morsel of meat off the bones with only a fork and knife. I think they were perhaps the best ribs I have ever had anywhere - and that includes that famous inn in downtown Montgomery.The service was great as well - attentive without being intrusive.

One thing Firebird will get right is that Cajun butter steak! The steak melts in your mouth like butter. If you're a big fan of spice I say this is perfect. It's not overly spicy but the hint of Cajun is there and brings the steak to a new level. Service was great the waitress answered all of our questions and didn't rush us to order when we were still looking at the menu. The down fall of the meal was my ceaser salad. It didn't taste like a ceaser salad unfortunately. It was my first time ordering the lemon cake and it was delicious. Not too sweet but once you add the blueberry sauce it does make the cake sweeter.

Great happy hour, I had fun meeting friends here for happy hour. Great drink choices and the starters, the corn crab fritter was my favorite but the prime rib slider also delicious. My only suggestion for us older people that need back support more tables with chairs with backs. We sat at the bar but conversation would have been easier at table.

This review is for TWO visits here.First I'll say that while Firebirds is HELLA expensive for a chain bar and grill, their food is super delicious and I love sitting outside the restaurant at either a high top or at the bar! The atmosphere is amazing and I've only gotten great service from the staff!Visit 1I had a 16 oz Prime Rib w/tater tots and Key Lime pie and an Old Fashioned. OMG! Visit 2I was being a hog this time. I had two starters:a. Bacon Deviled Eggsb.
