Final Cut Steakhouse

This Restaurant has it ALL!! We had dinner at the bar last Saturday night 4/27/24 Our server was Candace Candace is EXCELLENT!!She listens, gives suggestions, smiles and makes dinner and everything to do with dinner wonderfull! She is a hardworking bartender that one wants to be friends with. We had Scallops, steak, tuna and deviled eggs that come together as a unique treat and au gratin potatoes that were perfect. We can't wait to go back !

Checked in at 8:30. 10pm now, still no meal. Nobody hear and no plausible excuse. This place is a hard no.

They have remodeled and cut the restaurant in half. The atmosphere is dated. The steak while cooked to the correct temp had no sear. Our server was great and the drinks were wonderful too. All in all not terrible just no great.

Let me me start off by saying that I really don't like writing negative reviews. But....I was really hoping for a nice evening at an elegant restaurant and what I got was an overpriced meal that I could've had in the food court of a mall. The steak was dry, over cooked, and lacked flavor. The salmon was overly seasoned and over done. This is a place is where casino patrons go to feel like a big shot, but they either don't know what good food tastes like, or they're too drunk to notice.

The food, of course, was fantastic. We ordered the Wagyu Ribeye with Creamed Spinach and a Pork Belly app. All we recommend. The hostess when we first came in was not a happy camper and did not give a good first impression. The plates given to us for bread were actually caked with food from a previous diner, so we had to get those replaced. Our server Ursula was top-notch!

Service was excellent and our steaks were cooked perfectly! That is a big compliment for me as most chefs have a difficult time preparing a medium plus to my taste! Job well done chef! We will definitely return for another fine dining experience.

Food and service was excellent. Have dined there often and have never had a complaint about anything Had scallops added on to a steak. They were great but $18 for two scallops was a bit expensive Will go back again

Excellent steak. Good choice of toppings. The creamed corn was unique but sweet. Good variety of spirits.

The majority of the food was good but the steak was overcooked to my liking. Mindy was fantastic and on top of everything. She twisted my arm for dessert and the cheesecake was delicious!

Definitely not worth the price. Steaks were undercooked - sent them back to have them returned to us with 1 piece cooked the other still raw (see photo) Service was subpar. Waited 20 minutes to have a server speak to us - she then forgot our beverages. Didn't come back to the table to check on us - had to flag her down for our check. The atmosphere was very nice looking however the Wendy's beverages on the bar back counter and fast food laying everywhere made it unappealing. Initially we were so excited to order dessert as we overheard the server explaining the options to a table and then we realized with the quality of our food as it was we didn't want to risk spending more for even more disappointment. First time there and sadly it will be our last.
