Fifty West Burger Bar- Chillicothe

Stopped by here today to try a craft beer and a burger.I decided on the double West Virginia burger. Its two beef patties and apple butter bacon and Caramelized onions very very good! I also had the familiar faces beer. Very good it wasn't very heavy nice lite beer kinda sweet and sour but paired well with my burger.My wife decided on the fried chicken Missouri sandwich. It has MARINARA PROVOLONE CHEESE Parmesan crisp, flavor was good but sadly the chicken was almost nonexistent. Maybe after 3-5 bites there wasn't any chicken left. All n all I would eat here again but probably wouldn't be getting the chicken.From the signs they have different things throughout the week to draw in customers so if your a local i highly recommend checking them out. Laid back atmosphere with a cool vide. They have a few tvs upstairs not a large setting selection but a few 4 tops and several 6-8 top tables.

These are some delicious burgers and beer! Bring in the area for work, I'm been going down a list of recommendations and this has been my favorite so far! The burgers are juice, delicious, well seasoned, and available in hundreds of varieties. The place is very clean, open and inviting with QR or counter ordering available. The staff is very friendly and happy to help you narrow down your options on beer and burgers. My sister is in love with the zero beer that they offer and has tasked me with helping her stock up. Yet another great mark of how good this place is! Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely excellent spot! Highly recommended! Burger choice was awesome and choice of "Adult Beverages"! Perfect!

Smash burger was everything one would expect, but better. Seasoned well and my double almost burned my mouth is was served so hot. Crinkle fries were way over salted. Sat at the counter and the girl behind the counter was anted to know if I wanted to cash out my ticket or run a tab? When I sat down ten, she asked for my card to run it through. I assume it was my biker attire since everyone else were yuppies in the place. A little offended but that Ok, it was her tip it affected.

I had one of the best hamburger I've had in a long time- the West Virginia burger- it had apple butter and bacon! I enjoyed eating at the brewery, and also loved the Hop Water they brew and sell!

This is an excellent option for downtown Chillicothe that fills several needs for causal dining & fun places to hang out & have a beer. Top level has plenty of additional room & is quite during the week at lunch if you want privacy. Awesome view of courthouse & main drag. Extensive beer menu & milkshakes if you're not in the eating mood.They have rotating specials for sandwiches, sharables, & milkshakes so check the corner menu beside the bar if you don't see anything on the kiosk. As far as the food goes, the crinkle fries are solid & the burgers are delicious. I got the loaded fries (no jalapeños) & a double burger Kansas style & would get it again. Will make this a stop anytime I'm visiting the In laws in Chili.

Both times I've been to 50 West (I live in cbus but come to town sometimes for hiking) have been wonderful. Lucky me, both times the same bartender has helped build me amazing flights where all the beers were so good I was glad to take home a crowler after. The fries are always amazing, love the dipping sauce, my friend enjoyed her burger and the shakes looked great too. I enjoy coming to Chillicothe even more just to have some great beers and service here.

As breweries go, this is a good one! Nice, bright cheerful space indoors and out. Very friendly bartenders, wide selection of beers. Good branding, kind of a unique feel inside. I especially loved the Sandy Cheeks blonde ale. The Mug Club drinks from beautiful pottery mugs. I see there are more locations in Cincinnati; we'll look forwarding to visiting those too. We finished the night with some tasty burgers and fries.

Stopped at 50 West when we stayed overnight in Chillicothe for the night. My wife and I each got a flight... Excellent beer but Fog Light is probably one of the best I've had in a while. We also got food for ourselves and our kids - easy to navigate menu and tasty. The guys behind the bar were very helpful and let us sample a couple beers before we ordered. Sat outside and enjoyed ourselves. This is going to be one of our spots when we're in town.

Passing through on our way to Columbus on Valentine's Day with our family of 4. We tried another establishment at 5:15 and was told an hour wait. Called Fifty West and the said come on over. We were greeted warmly when we walked in, they could tell it was our first time. A nice gentleman explained how it works and we went from there. The Burgers were delish, like REALLY Delish!!!! I got the special which was a mushroom Swiss with garlic aioli the nice girl taking my order recommend added grilled onions, I said sure! SO GOOD! I also tried the West Coast IPA. Highly recommend! My Husband got the double burger/Illinois style, he Loved the horseradish aioli. Our daughters got fries with beer cheese, they ate every bite of the cheese sauce. They were opting for Canes b/c we don't have one where we live. (Their Mistake!) Thanks Yelp for a wonderful recommendation. The only sad part is that we don't live close and can't come back soon! Will definitely stop by next time we are passing through! A fun vibe, great food & great beer!
