11/17/24My husband and I wanted to try something different so we came here Sunday afternoon. The Indian buffet was a unique experience. Showcasing a vibrant array of dishes bursting with various flavors. Every bite offered a delicious blend of spices. However, the service left something to be desired. While the staff was friendly, it was difficult to flag someone down, and despite requesting more water, it never arrived. The location has alot of space and a very intricate design. Overall, the food was fantastic, but a touch more attentive service would have made the experience flawless.

We loved our experience at Everest. My companion thoroughly enjoyed the vegetable pakora appetizer and the chicken sadeko momo as her main dish. I had the Nepalese special Nepali Thali with lamb. I asked for the "hot" spice level, and the food was comfortably enjoyable, not at all too spicy. Perhaps next time I'll try the "Nepali hot" option. All in all, our meal was a flavorful delight served by a knowledgeable and welcoming staff who met our every need and provided helpful information about our dishes. Make the trek to Everest. You'll enjoy truly summit level dining at a very reasonable price. We spent $58 for 2.

Just fabulous across the board! Friendly service, fabulous food, and excellent options. The buffet was spices well, not blanded down for a larger audience with a wide variety of choices. We tried many items from both India and Nepal and all were excellent. Already planning a return visit!

Heard they had a lunch buffet so of course I had to check it out. There was a nice selection of dishes from Chicken Tikka Masala, tandoori chicken, vegetable samosas, vegetable korma, naan and more. All of the food was delicious. To finish, you can also enjoy a nice cup of chai tea. It was a wonderful lunch. The restaurant also had plenty of seating available and is located in a shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking. I definitely plan to go back to try the rest of their menu

We absolutely love the lunch buffet here. I'm not huge on buffets because they are typically dirty and gross, but the buffet here is always clean and they are constantly refilling to make sure the food is fresh. Everything is delicious, and I'm always very impressed with the amount of vegetarian options. My personal favorite is the chicken tikka masala and saag paneer.

I had an excellent dining experience at lunch today alone . I explained to Sita my gracious server that this was my first adventure with Indian food after reading The Curious Secrets of Yesterday by Namrata Patel. The description of Gulab and Garlic Naan and fried chicken momo just drew me in so I tried them all! The MoMo looked like little fried purses-so beautiful and filled with a savory chicken mixture and a tasty sauce that was not too hot-at my request. The Gulab was sweet and so unique and different from any dessert I have had before. The Garlic Naan was hot and shiny tender and yummy.I will be back to try more dishes.I will ask for Sita and try 1 notch more on the heat of spices!

This is hands down some of the best Indian food we've had, and by far the best in Lexington. The service was incredible. Staff was courteous and always there when we needed something. It's quiet, clean, and I can't wait to come back.
