Great onion ring and wings. We love Elsa's. Eat there at least twice a month. I recommend eating there m. Great family atmosphere.. great service.

Love this place! I always get good food from here. The service is always good and I love the outside seating. We got the buffalo chicken pizza, deluxe pizza, Carolina gold wings, and fries! Very good

Ate on the patio cause in these times it just feels safer. But when my burrito came, I was put off cause it was lime green. Then my son pointed out everything was lime green cause the sun was shining thru the green roof! Had a good laugh at that.My burrito was covered in lettuce and tomato, and just didn't look like a traditional burrito to me. Why? I should have read the menu better. But we felt safe, and were well fed. This is generally a safe choice in these strange times.

It's awesome!!! Really like this place. Nice service, large space, and chicken wings are pretty good! I've been there three times. I'll try something else next time. It could be busy during the lunch hours and evenings. The parking lot may need some maintenance and cleaning, but that's the plaza owners responsibilities.

Life time Kettering resident and would no longer recommend Elsa's. The food was mediocre and the regular margarita on the rocks is now made with a mix even though they say they have a full bar. It was awful. Since my friends and I were still hanging, I tried ordering a Jamison and Ginger ale they did not have ginger ale...full bar? Sadly I will never go back. This used to be my favorite Mexican in the area

This Elsa's knows how to cook a burger. Most places you go to and order medium rare, you still get well done. Not here. They cook it perfectly, and it's really tasty. Plus you have a great staff and fantastic bartender. Shout out to Gale who is awesome!

Elsa's off Stroop has hit my last nerve. It's a sad excuse for a sports bar. The manager decides what game HE wants to watch on the big screen although costumers (typically a large group that or 80% of the restaurant) will show up and request a game on the big screen. Then I asked for the rivalry game of Bengals Vs Steelers to be on and every time we are stuck in the back on the stools, by the restroom. I can't even get a chair with back support, AND you have to pay the guy over $50 if you REALLY want you game on the screen you want. None the less I left before halftime and went to Roosters

First of all, my wife and I took her elderly dad (86 yrs old) for lunch and with his diminished appetite due to age and dementia related to alzheimer's , we ordered him a meal from the children's menu. Upon receiving our check for the items ordered, I saw that they added an upgraded charge for my father-in-law's meal since was not a child. It was not a serving that was any larger than if an 8 yr old would have ordered it. Sadly, my wife's Dad has the mentality of a child and didn't even finish his children's portion due to his loss of appetite due to this horrible disease he suffers from. There was no reasoning whatsoever with our server even though we had explained the situation. It's not that we cannot afford a few dollar upcharge but it's the principle of the thing. She told us it's the restaurant's policy. I call BS on that. Also, the restaurant is getting filthier by the day and I don't see how any decent human would ever consume food from such an environment.

Service is great. Food is average. The Facility is old, cramped, dark, dingy and dirty.Napkins are so gross and worthlessExtremely low scale compared to other locations.
