After searching 8 different catering companies for a last minute company event, I stumbled on Elegant Fare. Anna was able to accommodate my budget, dietary requests and date flawlessly! The team was professional, friendly, clean, efficient and overall very welcoming. The event went well at my location, food was fantastic, bar service was great also. Will definitely be using them again for company and personal events! Very happy with the event!

Absolutely terrible experience. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I reached out repeatedly FOR WEEKS regarding a menu for an upcoming event. I was consistently told I'd receive a quote within a day and would not hear anything back. I reached out 2 months ago and STILL have not received a quote or any kind of follow up. Absolutely terrible service and not the kind of business I'd ever want to work with.

The guests raved about the food, the team is very friendly and top-notch, and Renee handled my worrisome approach to party planning with patience and calm! The added touches were really above and beyond. The pastry chef outdid herself on the gorgeous (and delicious!) cake. My mother-in-law was very moved that she researched cake designs from 1965 in our absence of a picture. One of our servers brought a young guest plain chicken as she prefers no sauce (crazy kid, it was delicious sauce). Renee acted as the lookout so we didn't blow the surprise! An anniversary party for 50 in the middle of wedding season would be a side thought for many caterers, but Elegant Fare made us feel like the only event in town!

Renee and the team really crushed it with my moms small (28 people) backyard wedding! They created a custom entree (filet and lobster! with duck fat fried potatoes and asparagus), and it turned out excellent. They cooked it all to perfection. You can totally customize your experience. You can use how ever much or little of their dinnerware, tables, flatware, table cloths, etc..type things you need. Personally we only needed a few things and used other things we had enough of at home, which saved a few dollars. They served us dinner with such high class. They even served champaign for us for the toast and cut and served the cake that we bought from the BonBonerie! Not only did they clean up their own stuff, load it and haul it away that night, they cleaned and dried the dirty cups, glass and flatware that belonged to the house and left the kitchen sparkling! I mean, really? Thats above and beyond but SO appreciated! They really seemed happy about doing a small event, which surprised me, and charged fair prices for a small order. Highly recommended for small at home wedding or whatever you need!

We used Elegant Fare for my daughter's wedding at Krippendorf Lodge at the Cincinnati Nature Center. They are the only ones that handle the catering so I was bummed that I couldn't shop around for a cheaper caterer. Boy, am I glad that I didn't have that choice. Julie was great to work with - relaxed, knowledgable and really seemed to care about the event and making it memorable. She answered phone calls right away, tried to come up with solutions to keep down costs and was flexible. My biggest relief was that during the process we weren't nickled-and-dimed by Elegant Fare. The cost up front included the food, linens, staff, alcohol, etc. There wasn't an extra fee for this and that. With other events, the actual cost was much different than the "bargain" cost that we were originally enticed by. I didn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding day and that was priceless!
