Elegant Event Center

This is the worse place to do a wedding. When I say the venue coordinator, Vicky, practically went MIA, a week to the wedding and on the WEDDING DAY, it was a nightmare! She was very hard to communicate with. She gave us a cell phone number that was never reachable until we used strong warnings and verbiage. On the wedding day, she did not show up to open the venue, we were left at the door with vendors for TWO hours!!! Then when a co-manager arrived that admitted that our event was unknown to him, we were pissed! Once we were let in, per contract, the tables were supposed to be set up and of course that wasn't done !! To make matters worse, she finally showed up, and did not speak to us (no apologies) and she left, immediately. The bar package was totally messed up, but luckily, the co-managers (which are like 10!) decided to pay for it because it was all messed up. They were just buying the moscato for the toasts, 20 minutes before the toast. The men bathroom was flooded !!! Can you imagine your guests drinking alcohol and the bathroom is not usable?! Just a mess! Then, the worse part, they had a birthday party after the wedding that was unbeknownst to the bride and groom and had to break down our event by 10pm, and the couple paid for the event to be over by 10:30pm. Anyway, you get my gist, if you're having a wedding, NEVER COME HERE! Just don't give your big day to an unorganized and unapologetic venue coordinator like Vicky. It's sad because the other co managers were more forgiving and she has not reached out to aplogize!!
