Ordered a heart shaped cake when picked up it wasn't quite right but they fixed it immediately great service the flavor of choice was red velvet with buttercream icing every one enjoyed it very moist not to thick in the past we've ordered and it was a lil thick Ele is our go to for celebration cakes and this one was one of the Best

We almost always get cupcakes from Elé for birthdays. This time my boyfriend wanted a cake. I called on 1/7 and put in and order for 2/9 and paid in full. I got a call 1/12 advising the bakery was closing and to come pick up my cake. I advised that they had the date wrong. They said they would put the order back in to redo the cake on 2/9. 2/9 comes and I go to pick it up...no cake. They offers me anything off their shelves (half the side and covered in flowers instead of footballs). Finally we landed on them making the cake and me coming to get it again. I live in northern Kentucky so this was a trek for me each time. They did not offer a discount. A manager was supposed to call me yesterday and didn't not. I've called and they sent me through to voicemail. Overall, this was a horrible experience.

Called to order cupcakes for my daughters wedding and spoke with Jayden. She was very upbeat and helpful!!!!

Ele cake company keeps popping up in my Yelp feed asking for a review. It shouldn't. In my experience with Ele the service has been spotty and the food so-so. Now you know.

I have always loved Ele cakes and their icing is number 1 always. Over these seventy years it has always been Ele'

We have been purchasing our cakes from there since it started at Woody's. The best cakes ever that's why we are paying almost $30 for a 1/4 cake. However, the last few months of dry cakes and cupcakes and I am ready to patronize somewhere else. New ovens, recipes, bakers? Not sure but myself and my friends have noticed a difference. See ya Ele'.

Requested a special order cake for my boyfriend's 50th birthday. I had a special theme/idea in mind and the staff worked with me and created the theme I wanted. The cake was ready when I showed up a little before scheduled time and it was so delicious. My boyfriend was very happy. I highly recommend Ele's for your bakery needs.

If you're considering Ele Cake Co for your next special occasion, I would advise against it based on my recent experience. I trusted them to create the cake for my daughter's birthday & the quality of their work was extremely disappointing. The cake was decorated very sloppy & not something I would expect from a "professional" bakery. When I addressed the issue with them, their response was dismissive, rude & unprofessional. Ultimately, I requested a refund & left the cake behind. I asked for ombre icing design & it looked terrible. Not blended well at all, in addition, the rainbow icing design looked like an amateur decorator was assigned to this cake. I understand that not every request will align with the skills of a decorator, but in such cases, it would be more appropriate to communicate that rather than charge premium prices for sloppy mediocre work. Unfortunately, the overall quality & service at Ele Cake Co has really gone downhill. The freshness of their cakes is also hit or miss, there is no consistency. For anyone looking for a reliable bakery with great service, I recommend considering The Cakery, Say Yes Cakes, or Cake Hope & Love. I've heard excellent feedback about these businesses & will be recommending them to my friends & family moving forward. I will not be returning here. And save the phony business reply. I already asked to speak to the store manager, Amy, who was not there. Then asked for a phone number where I can speak to her & was given the website used to order cakes. Trash service.

The cake was beautiful and everything we wanted for our vision and was there on time and correct. The only complaints were they were a bit tricky to get ahold of to make payments, but were always super nice once on the phone. The other is that the cake did not taste as good as it did at the tasting. It was a lot less moist and the icing was not good. But overall I would still recommend them for the cost and the product they provided it was what we needed and still turned out great!

Best cakes in the Dayton area or any other area for that matter. Their buttercream icing is the best
