Visited again, and had a typical great experience!Sean was our server, one of our favorites! He was great!Food was hot and came out quick.Chips and salsa are also some of the best!We had the chicken nachos and pollo loco.Fed 3 people with leftovers!

We like this small chain business, and applaud it's presence and growth in the Greater Dayton Metropolitan area. Our experiences are with the nearby Bellbrook location. Owners are in a renovation with service - not an easy feat. This location's business varies from dead to extremely busy.El Toro seems to experience staffing and training problems. Most of our business is limited to take away, and often we have great service and meals. But sometimes both service and meals are inconsistent. A 1:00 PM take away may be delayed to 1:40 PM, and there may be 3 dinners rather than 4.The wait staff's training is inconsistent, and is not monitored by management. The ambience is Tex-Mex and somewhat dark; Parking is abundant. 100% of our orders are take away. Tip: Best to avoid long lines and order take awayWe recommend 80% of the time.The tariff is appropriate for the fare.

This particular El Toro is my favorite weekday "nothing in the fridge" kind of night. Its 5 minutes from the house and the food is delicious. However, with all the incredible experiences with the welcoming staff and overall friendly vibe, I might drive over an hour. Thanks El Toro in Bellbrook really being my bright spot in an otherwise dull week. Also, try the fish tacos!

I'm gonna start this short and sweet. I was really disappointed. I usually go to a different location but we were in the area and decided to go to this one. It was a mistake. First red flag was that it was dead, maybe 3 tables in the whole place, and no one sat us for a while. Second red flag was that the server was nonexistent. No refills. No interaction at all really. She sucked. If it was busy, I would cut her a lot of slack, but it wasn't AT ALL. Then the food came out and it was bland and just okay. Not the food I'm used to when I go to El Toro. It was edible and that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. I'd go somewhere else.

Very good food! Went for first time today! It was great! The flavor of everything was awesome! The atmosphere was nice and peaceful! The restaurant was very clean and nice! I loved the decor in this place! The meals you get are so huge! I will be getting. To go box for sure! They also have a bar area in restaurant as well! Great place to bring family and friends! It's a little pricey!

We are long time diners at the Bellbrook restaurant but the place is really going downhill with the new manager. Since he has been there (last 4-5 months), there is too much standing around, spending time distracting the waitresses and poor overall cleanliness. Today, at the noon hour, they were showing a TV program with nudity and mid-evil violence and another with UCF (cage) fighting. When I told the manager that the choice of programming was inappropriate for the families with under 10 children, his answer was "Someone requested the program so we have to show it." Can't even respond to that lame excuse! Maybe they can let Oscar manage more often- things always run better when he is in charge. Guess we will have to try one of the other locations where the brothers care about their clients.
