It almost pains me to write this review. I'm giving one star since 0 isn't an option. I used to eat here ALL the time, but it had been years. We were craving chips/salsa after sports.We ordered our food, which were simple order. My order came out wrong and so did my sisters. We were charged extra for every little thing. Nobody ever came back to check on anything. The taco meat had a funky taste and I couldn't get rid of that taste for over a day. I'm afraid I'm going to have to leave this restaurant on the back shelf.

I've always had good service and good food here!Raul is my favorite....but as he wasn't there, neither was my great time, service, and food!The menu clearly stated my meal to be served on a bed of rice.It wasn't and the server made me feel crazy for asking for what I ordered. Number 16 on the lunch menu!So I will wait to go back for a little while.Till they hire a new cook and some servers that aren't just standing around speaking Spanish instead of waiting on tables.....

So I haven't eaten inside of El Rodeo yet. But I'm currently on my third carnitas taco from a carry out order my family picked up... and it's absolutely delicious. Like it's so good I'm trying not to force myself to eat this third taco because I'm full but I still want to eat it. I ordered the corn tortillas for my tacos. They came with rice - also tasty! - which I added to my taco and ate with gusto. These tacos came with just meat in a tortilla and they are devourable.So yeah- I haven't been inside El Rodeo yet... but I'm thinking I will be back for more tacos. ;)
