Eat Well Celebrations and Feasts

Hired them to cater for a larger party at a local venue. They were hired back in April so I was only expecting people dropping in and staying for a short period due to social distancing. They suggested using stations so we went with the slider station and taco station. We had the party in July and people stayed and ate a lot of the food. People were raving over the sliders and the taco station and we were glad. The staff were professional and kept the tables clean and were enjoyable to talk to. I was very happy with my choice and I am still enjoying the leftovers which was less than what I expected.

We ordered the Eat Well On Line tonight. Great value with delicious and healthy options. Friday pick up is perfect for a nice and easy Friday dinner!

We had Eat Well cater our son's rehearsal dinner. They were exceptional from service to food. They have a wonderful selection of dishes and will work with you to customize a perfect menu. The staff was efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Eat Well Planned and executed the perfect party for my husband's milestone birthday. Elizabeth, the planner came up with an entire gluten free menu with vegetarian options and also excluded nuts. The guests raved about the food. The Staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had planned for an outdoor party with a Rented Tent. It started raining so the food was moved inside without even a blink of an eye. They accommodated all of our needs and did it will a sincere smile. It was flawless.

I hired Eat Well to cater and staff two cocktail receptions that I hosted in the Cincinnati area. Each event had 200 people attend. They worked with us to keep the events sustainable with as minimal waste as possible. They created the perfect menu which consisted of vegan, gf, and vegetarian dishes. The staff was very responsive and professional. The food was amazing (especially the mushroom quesadillas!). Attendees raved about it all week! I highly recommend using this caterer for any event!

Eat Well catered my wedding a few years ago and I have mixed feelings about them. The food was amazing, but they ran out of it before all our guests were fed and the experience of dealing with them was by far the worst part of the wedding. I spent a good chunk of my reception trying to fix their mistakes rather than enjoying the time with our guests. When we first started planning, we had a wonderful woman who was helping us plan the details, but she left the company before our wedding and everything went downhill from there.First, Eat Well tried to up the price by 50% the week before the wedding, when it was too late to find another caterer. Then the staff at our wedding had no idea about the plans we discussed. First they ran out of food, even though we had less guests than we told them. Second, dinner was late (after 8pm!) and we had a number of small kids at the reception who were getting antsy with no food. Third, they didn't dismiss people to the buffet by table, so there was this huge rush of people trying to get to the buffet. Fourth, they were trying to do formal service at what we wanted to be a casual wedding with a staff that wasn't big enough. We had a small wedding venue and the servers were supposed to move some tables after dinner so we could start dancing. We had the cake and extra seating in a room to the side for those who wanted dessert. Instead they decided to do a formal cake service where they took orders by table. They continued even when I asked them to stop. I ended up having to get the groomsmen to move tables so we could start the first dance.

To anyone looking for a caterer in the greater Cincinnati area....do not choose anyone else! As the mother of the groom, you get one chance to make a good impression on the guest list. I can honestly say, EAT WELL certainly helped me do just this. Meeting with Elizabeth in the planning stages, meeting the week of the event, the implementation of the Rehearsal Dinner, the stations, the FOOD! OUTSTANDING! THANK YOU, Elizabeth and CREW! You were the BEST!

An amazing caterer.Staff are efficient, quick and personable.Chef Renee Schuler is a gem. A total "foodie" with massive skills and interest in new and upcoming trends.We had a regional meeting and a year later people were still telling me how good the food was.We also had a 75 person family reunion with people coming from as far away as L.A., New Jersey, and Israel, and the guests included total Vegans, strict raw food vegetarians, as well as omnivores. We set up themed dining events with a Moroccan buffet, an Urban Country buffet, and a coffee shop style Sunday brunch. Each event had multiple tracks to meet everyone's needs. This might be a difficult thing to pull off for some people, but Renee and her staff made it look effortless. All the guests were overwhelmed and were delighted that their needs had been anticipated.Brava!

I have worked with Eat Well on several occasions and the food is always delicious, healthy, fresh, and creative. This time we also utilized their catering service. This is a very professional organization and they did a beautiful job! Our guests were so impressed. Mallory was very creative and helpful throughout the planning process and succeeded in aligning with our budget. Thanks again to all at Eat Well! Can't wait for the next party!

We hired Renee to cater a Bridal Shower for us. She created a wonderful menu of appetizers. There was a great variety (shrimp...seared beef tenderloin...beautiful, fresh crudite...grilled flatbread...salted potatoes on bamboo skewers...bite-sized desserts...you get the picture). The food was innovative and elegant. We were hoping there would be some left for us to enjoy the next day...but a 3-hour shower turned into 7 hours, and when the husbands joined us, all thoughts of any leftovers quickly disappeared. We will hire EatWell again and again!!
