Dunkin'

We've given this location so many chances. It's close to our house, so the convenience kept us going back. Not again. We've never received a correct order here. At the drive through they barely pay attention to the customer and try to rush you through your order. We just had the same experience. She kept rushing and missing things. First she rang up the coffee as iced, when we ordered hot. That one we caught right away and it was fixed. Then we placed the rest of the order and she kept trying to finalize it before we were ready. This resulted in her missing two items. She repeated them back, but didn't put them into the system. When we got to the window we mentioned the missing items. She "gave" us a handful of munchkins, which was one of the missing items. It's the only reason this isn't a 1 star review. She did nothing to try to make up for missing the egg bites we ordered. It wasn't even worth arguing, so we left. I will never return to the Dunkin. I'd rather just go to Tim Horton's.

It depends hit or Miss it's the younger generation who wants to serve you whatever. I come at least 3x's a week and still mini bagels are hard bacon doesn't taste cooked all the way but when they are good there good.

Cold food..the workers possibly talking over our food... talking constantly..maybe not even fully focused on what they are doing?.. the bathrooms were disgusting..trash on the floors..dirty toilets...I trybto be understanding I know it is hard..a lot of people don't want to work..or don't even care to do things right at work..just get by..but food places need to be clean..people want there food done right..not cold..the correct order..mistakes happen yes but I feel they are more about quantity over quality here...honestly, I'd rather wait and have my food fresh and warm than it be nasty and me wasting my money on it.. I feel this place keeps getting worse and worse... I've been trying to give them more chances..hoping it would be better next time but its still the same..I think I'm done with this Dunkin'for now...hopefully things can get fixed though..

We had a softball tournament this weekend and I went both days and both days the service was excellent. The ladies at the window the first day were so nice. I told them about the tournament and they were thankful for the heads up. Today!!! A young man that works inside was exceptional. He is going to be an excellent asset to any company he's with. He hustled, so nice and you can tell he has great work ethic. He was busy but you'd never know. I'm not sure his name but keep him! He's great!!

The friendliness and smile of the girl at the window was the only redeeming quality of this Dunkin Donuts. Drove past my normal tim hortons to give them a try and was super disappointed in the quality of their donuts. They tasted awful; stale and of old fry oil. Sad because it was a birthday treat for my son.

Great service here! We keep coming back about once a week. Very family and kid friendly.

Counter service is almost nonexistent! Employees do not pay attention to the counter at all. All the employees are too busy standing at the drive thru talking to even notice customers at the counter! I now go to the dunkin on old troy pike. Won't go back to harshman road even though it's closer to my house

Sandwich was sloppy..squished almost...the hashbrowns were hard as rocks..couldn't even eat them, must have been sitting out too long. Everything was nice and warm just either overcooked or squished/sloppy looking sandwich.

What's the point of a drive thru if you can't order half the drinks there. They make you come inside to order specialty drinks. Make it make sense!! What does it matter if you order inside or in the drive thru? Annoying!

asked for extra bacon on my croissant they gave me the sweet bacon absolutely disgusting
