Featured on Netflix Series Say I Do Surprise Weddings 1st episode "I Do-Over", as an Ohio native, I was eager to stop and see this view in person on a very long drive back to Dallas, Texas. Despite some STEEP hills and slightly unclear signage, this view was beyond worth even a 10-15 min stop and stretch/stroll!It's obvious as you drive toward the pavilion why many people would consider this a special place! Its a beautiful, well-maintained, massive park with many trails and amenities which supplies a completely FREE, panoramic, jaw-dropping view of both KY and OH sides of the Ohio River.Despite there being a small wedding party taking pictures below the pavilion, there were several non-wedding park visitors respectfully enjoying the view, passing by, or taking photos. This will now be a treasured stop anytime driving through or visiting Cincinnati/Covington! Be sure you make a visit or small detour if in the area:)

We attended a wedding reception at this venue this past weekend. The view is just outstanding and the outdoor area was beautiful with a gazebo, couches and chairs under the covered area and plenty of grass and stone areas to capture the perfect pictures. The inside was just beautiful and included a nice lobby area, clean restrooms with several stalls, and a beautiful reception area. I would absolutely recommend this for someone looking to host a party/reception with one of the best views of the city you can find in this area.

We were here for a special (indoor) dinner event. I have to say the view is absolutely breath taking, even though it was overcast!! I would rate the view 5 stars alone!! Wow! The pavilion is a decent size to accommodate a nice size event. This particular evening the seating arrangement was made up of round tables that sat 10 people at each table, there was also room for a dance floor. The buffet was set up on one side of the room with two small bars on each side. The room was full, but did not feel over crowded even with people up and moving around. The food catered in for the event was decent, prime rib, chicken, veggies, salad, rolls, etc. The only thing that I would recommend that Drees to update would be some signage and lighting in the parking lot/exit area. It started raining as we left and it was completely dark. Trying to find your way out was a little tricky. Overall a good venue for a a medium-large size party!

This a great event center with an amazing view of Cincinnati. It's definitely pricey, so be prepared. But this place has plenty of room if you're looking to have two hundred guests. There are great kitchens to make it easier on your caterer of choice.

I got married at Drees Pavilion on 2/18/2017. First, Sonia at Drees went above and beyond. She had EVERYTHING covered. She is amazing. Second, Brittany at McHales', the staff, and especially the Captain, Phyllis, were just beyond amazing. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. If you want to get married at a location where you do not have to worry to stress about anything, get married at Drees Pavilion. It is such a beautiful setting and all of your guests will love the location, views and food. I would do it all over again. My day was beyond what I had envisioned for myself. So far, it was the absolute best day of my life. Thank you Drees and McHales' for my perfect wedding and reception.

Went to a wedding reception here last night and it was over the top phenomenal. The service was always on it and accommodating to the crowd. They made sure everyone had a full drink and a good time at all times. The food consisted of chicken, roasted veggies, cheesy potatoes, and roast beef cuts. It was well spiced and well cooked. Now let's talk about the view. This is the best view of the Cincinnati skyline I have ever seen. You could see all Cincinnati had to offer from a "top of the hill" view.

I recently photographed a wedding at Drees and thought it was a great wedding Venue! The food tasted great, the service was quick, and it was easy to move throughout the space. Watch out for the bright sun overlooking the city during ceremony hours but the sunset is beautiful. Perfect city view!!

We just got married a few days ago at Drees Pavilion. I could go on for days about how beautiful the venue and location are-because they are, but what I really want to mention is just how spectacular the staff was-specifically, Scott Mescher. Scott coordinated with me and my parents and all of our vendors with such a low amount of stress, it was unbelievable. He paid attention to every detail leading up the wedding, the rehearsal, and the day of. He never stressed us out, or made us feel like we were too needy, etc. I had an amazing time at my wedding and knew we were in perfectly capable (and caring) hands. Thank you so much Scott!

Attended a wedding here - Space is standard banquet but nice. Fantastic view of city. Great outdoor area right outside reception hall. Food? AWFUL. Seriously - Wedding food is assumed to be sub-par, but this was just inedible. We were all wasted by the end of the night because no one ate their dinners! I would never recommend an event here unless you had your choice of caterers!

i enjoyed my first wedding and reception experience at drees. don't know how much it cost, but it seemed worth it.the pavillion and the view are perfect for an outdoor wedding. and the reception hall is quite nice, albeit small.the food was also excellent (assuming it was an in house caterer).
