Great customer service and delicious food! Also orders take out and it was very fast! Will be coming here again

Fried foods were fried in old oil, and were way too doughy and gross. Dinning room is messy and filled with old boxes, so there was only 1 table available to sit at. Chopsticks were 25 cents, there's no ice or water, only bottled water for $1. Crab Rangoon's and fried wonton chips were good.

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!!I agree with a few other reviewers that stated any good reviews about this -- eatery -- are by people who've never had decent Chinese cuisine or customer service, and are just used to it -- or simply have very low standards. Bargain basement low. Subterranean low. I ordered the rib tips and the pepper steak. I asked for the onion to be replaced with mushroom, but they wanted to charge anyway, even with it being a substitution. Never had that happen before. Should've been a red flag there in regard to their greed and disregard to the customer. The delivery took an extremely long time, and when he arrived, the white rice was missing, and even worse, he asked "do you have tip?" How ludicrous is that? Who ASKS for a tip? I also had to wait nearly an hour for the rice to be re-delivered. The food was inedible, as in the rib tips were more like rib BONES (pictured) and whatever miniscule amount of meat WAS on the bones, was very chewy...NOT tender. The pepper steak was nothing to crow about, either. The female manager was EXTREMELY rude, and no one takes any time or patience to address the language barrier. They just get frustrated and either hang up or pass the phone to someone who can communicate slightly better.DO NOT patronize these unappreciative, money-grubbing thieves. The food is WAY too expensive for what you get, and there is NO semblance of customer service. They are abhorrent. You have been warned. I, like a few others on here, hope they shut down. Considering the horrible service and food I received, that should truly be the case soon.

first let me say this isn't even the dragon city i meant to go to but i found that out during me very long wait for some chicken and noodles. i've been sitting here for 50 minutes going on an hour waiting for my food thats probably not gonna be good given the 3 star ratings. do not reccomend!

I had shrimp fried rice, that was disgusting the rice had no flavor, like at all and I saw white bubbles in my noodles, and a rat in the store, don't recommend at all

I want to cry, ordered chow mein and according to the extremely rude worker THIS is chow mein? I have never seen anything like this. Also ordered sesame chicken and it is truly the worst I've ever had, I feel robbed. Hope they shut down.

OK Chicken Fried rice and Combo Fried rice. Crab Rangoon was awful. Soggy, not crispy

It's a great place. We visited a new location of Beechmont Ave and all I can say is Wonderful. The place looks nice and the food was so fresh. And don't get me started on the Crab Rangoon. It's spectacular and it's the best I've ever had... full of goodness. The helpings are more than generous and the packaging is incredible... definitely worth 10 stars easy. Only thing I suggest is a Tip Jar, because they deserve one and some music. Outside of that go get you some great food. And tip them.

Friends recommended this place to us. Our first (and last) visit was on 04/20/2022. The food was absolutely terrible. The orange chicken was nothing but mushy, stale-tasting breading. The stir-fried chicken and vegetables were tasteless. The egg-roll was not good. The sweet and sour soup was just okay. Overall, we were very disappointed and will not return. Although this restaurant is carry-out/delivery only, it is very cluttered and dirty-looking inside.
