Down the Pike Bar

Large retro vibe bar. The bar itself is a 2 room straight bar that seats about 25 people. Very large. They keep a couple beers on tap. Bud light, Mich ultra etc. Also a modest bottle selection. Bartenders are experienced and friendly. Cocktails are made right. They have pool tables and 2 electronic darts boards. Plenty of seating. They are known for their wings. The best in the area. Just solid establishment. Haven't seen any trouble makers since I have visited this place. Definitely recommend

Trivia good idea. Michael Tyler no! Frequently incorrect. AND being allowed to spew his political crap is reprehensible!! Get rid of him and my team will come back. Food less than desirable. Trivia ambience could be ok without this guy. Will not be back until he's gone!!

My husband got a recommendation to go here for the wings so we decided to come in on a weeknight. Now, I know this is mainly a bar but we were hoping for a hole in the wall with good dive bar food. We started with the pizza bread. You could taste the metallic, frozen then thawed taste. The wings were decent. You can tell they add garlic to the sauce. They are crispy but not memorable. The broasted chicken with wedges wasn't consumable. At first glance, the skin was crispy and chicken looked juicy. When taking a bite, there was the strangest aftertaste. I'm guessing it's the fry oil, but can't be sure. The butter for the roll tasted rancid. Service was good. Server kept our drinks (soda) refilled and was very pleasant. Just not a place to go for a good meal.

Down the Pike is the type of bar and restaurant that seems to attract a lot of regulars. While the decor and service might not be anything exceptional, the food is always hot and satisfying. In all my visits, I have never had a bad meal at this establishment. If you're looking for a reliable place to grab a bite to eat, Down the Pike is worth checking out.

We went for the first time a few weeks ago on a Friday night, super dead. The bartender was a huge turnoff - she didn't greet us coming in or until we had sat there for several mins, at the bar. I've been a bartender and I guess I have certain expectations. She was vulgar with the two regulars that came in, just cussed at them because she obviously knew them but you have new clientele and it was just loud and kinda embarrassing. They were out of chicken chucks but the guy cooking came out and said he would make some for me and he is the only reason I'm giving this 2 stars. He was very nice and accommodating. We will not be returning.

First time in. Who doesn't love a Krinkle Fry!! Broasted chicken great. Next time will try the wings. They looked awesome!!

Well I'll try to cash out after having a few beers with a friend after being threatened to be shot in the head I was called gay slander the whole time being there I was only there 30 minutes My tab was 11.83 okay. Trying to Cash out with the manager that I found out was she was the rudest manager I've ever talked to you in my life because she thought I was yelling at her and that wasn't even young out of the person that was threatening to kill me then I come back to talk to the manager he was so rude and tried to call the cops on me for being threatened in his establishment that he did not give two shit. I would never I wouldn't send my worst enemy or my mother-in-law that I hate to this establishment piece of trash trash. If you like trash come down to down to Pike cuz that's where you're going to get a mouthful trash!

Quaint little bar with a lot of seating with table, booths, and a huge bar. Food was great drinks were refreshing and moderately priced. Good alcohol content. This is a well kept secret in West Carrollton on Alex Rd. Stop by and enjoy the friendly service of Bill and the great food!

I've been here on multiple occasions and every time has been bad. The "top shelf" liquor tastes like it's been mixed with bottom shelf, and the service has been garbage. One of the bartenders (don't know the name, but she had pink highlights in her hair) charged us for 3 extra beers and told us we had been there so long we "probably didn't remember." She then told us that if we were going to be upset about it we could leave. 10/10 do not recommend.

I worked here for a day and a half. It has to be the the Nastiest kitchen I ever worked in the cook at the time early washed his hands and the owner only give the cook 2 rags to clean with each day. So the same rags that clean the floor are the rags they wipe the counter top off with and the edges of your plates to make them look preventable. Bar made are rude and the owner is a in your face dick
