I recently placed a DoorDash order at Doubleday's Home Plate. Doubleday's Home Plate offers a variety of food options. I elected to get the Ooey Gooey Smashburger and an order of fries. The smashburger consists of two smash hamburger patties topped with American cheese with cheese sauce between the patties. I added pickles on my sandwich. The burger was cooked well, in the typical smashburger style, and was very cheesy and delicious. The fries were good. The order came in a plastic container. Not quite eco-friendly but it kept the food warm and fresh.I highly recommend this establishment. My order was filled quickly and my DoorDasher delivered the order quickly. I like having different dining options and this is one place I do intend on visiting again.

Great service and burgers! My husband had the double smash burger and I had the stank burger. My stank burger was so flavorful with a great little kick that helped clear my sinuses today. The fries were also very good. Fresh and crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning. Definitely would come here again.

Doubledays has been the place to eat in the area for as long as I can remember. This is a new concept for them but they are crushing it! The smash burger is the best in the area. You get enough fries to feed 4 people! They have burgers, wings, salads, ribs, Mac and cheese, and of course SOUPS! For this type of food, there is no better option than here!

I have been to Double Days Home Plate several times. I place my order online, pay online, and pick it up curbside. It is so convenient & they are always on time. I've had their smash burger, buffalo chicken Mac & cheese, fries, & boneless wings; all of them were excellent! Especially the buffalo Mac & cheese! Any night you don't feel like cooking but just wanna stay in check this place out. The food is hot, on time and excellent!

Had the Double smashburger, hands down the best burger in the area! The patties were cooked and seasoned perfectly, the cheese was melted to perfection and the burger sauce was different but tasty! We also tried to the Animal fries, twist on the In and Out animal style fries, equally as good! Definitely will be back!
