Awesome. Was so yummy I forgot to take photos of the food and I usually always do! My mom and I stopped by because we're staying at a nearby hotel for the night on our way to CO from PA. It's hard to find places that aren't fast food when traveling. So glad we found this place. Great price and the people working there were sooo nice. We got guac, salsa, chips and shared a chicken quesadilla. It was more than enough to share for only $20! The food was soooo good too.

Sad. This place used to be so good and have really good service when they first opened. Over the past couple years, it's really gone down-hill. We live close and it was always one of our favorite restaurants to go to, but the past two years, the food is never hot and the service is iffy. The women who work there act like the customer should be glad that they even get to eat there. They take your order and then disappear forever. They are always sitting at a booth talking and not worrying about customer service. The guys who work there are a little better at service and don't treat you like you should be grateful that get to eat there, but lately their service has gone down-hill too. Forgetting that you ordered things, bringing the check before you even get what you ordered, avoiding the table so you can't ask for anything else, and screwing up your order and then never coming back to the table so you can get it fixed. I think yesterday was the last time we will frequent this restaurant. I can get better food elsewhere and not have to deal with bad service. After yesterday, 2 stars is being generous.

I've stopped in here several times now. The service is okay and the space is very similar to most American Mexican food restaurants. They stay pretty busy but there normally isn't a long wait. They will bring chips and salsa to your table as you wait and the chips are nice and warm. The salsa is okay--I like that it does have some heat to it but not enough that my kids complain. The food is nothing to write home about. On this most recent visit I got the seafood chimichanga (one of my two go to meals at a Mexican joint). Hubby got a chorizo burrito--he was happy to order "off the menu". It was all okay. If we had more time though we would have made the extra drive to El Sombrero, which will always be our favorite local Mexican restaurant.

The food was excellent! A menu full of delicious choices. More than tacos, burritos and enchiladas. Lots of creative dishes to choose from. The service was outstanding and the ambiance was nice.Plan to return again soon.

Service was severely lacking. We got there right when they opened. The place reminded me of a Buffalo Wild Wings that serves Mexican food. Big tvs playing sports over the bar. There were a lot of workers and very few customers. Our waitress Jessy got our drink order and came back with our drinks. She then disappeared. She eventually came to get our food order and then disappeared again. She and another worker were sitting at a booth eating. She had no one covering her tables. Now the food. I've had better food at Taco Bell. My daughters food had absolutely no flavor, and neither did mine. All in all, go to Taco Bell, it would cost less, and at least you get good flavors.

So tired of requesting mexican street corn. Kroger has a complete kit for $5, it includes four ears of corn, sour cream, butter, and cheese. You could sell each ear (like Friedas) for $5, neting you a profit of $15. Sometimes I think you are just being difficult for not offering this mexican staple.

We tried to call about 10 times over 2 hours(for a to go order) and got a busy signal every time today. Clearly, they don't want business. Not the first time we have had issues trying to place to go orders or even inside the restaurant, but our last time. We have had issues with the owners wife, and the servers are well. They are bold to assume that not everyone can understand them. Not everyone enjoys being degraded in another language.

Tried to call again this afternoon, no answer, again. Absolutely ridiculous service. We will just take our service somewhere else. When in doubt, go somewhere else!

I love Don Lunas! The food is always piping hot and very good, service is fast and they give you complimentary chips and salsa while you wait on your food to arrive.

Ordered the veggie fajita quesadillas. The menu says "Veggie Fajita QuesadillaOnions, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, tomato, and zucchini. Served with rice and sour cream salad."It has onions, bell peppers, and tomato. Oh, and a carrot. No broccoli. No cauliflower. No zucchini. Just lots of disappointment and sadness. And it was more expensive than the menu price. Plus they charged extra for take out. A "convenience fee".Won't be going back.
