Donut Palace

First time ordered. I ordered and paid online. Was told when got there that 2 donuts I paid for were not available(1 I understand 2 I should not have been able to order and pay for them since it has to have acknowledgement from location for the order. I get there and am told I have to contact the company they use to place orders online to get my money back. I was on their website to order it's not my fault they filter through another service. I ordered 2 items for almost $6 that I wanted to try on top of a $20 order I was picking up at the same time. I was told to deal with them but I should be ok with the fact that my order was hot and fresh. I didn't know that it was not an option for them to be fresh when ordering and that worried me more. The strawberry danish is so hard to eat that I would probably not order again. Tried to even cut with fork and it is very difficult. Just overall not happy with how I was treated.

Stopped in to pick up a dozen donuts on Sunday morning. The staff were friendly and the donuts were fantastic. They've got it all. I only got the standard mixed donuts, but they also had specialty donuts like pineapple upside down cake, root beer float, and many more. Will have to come back and try those some time. The store was clean and easy to get in and out of. I will definitely be back!

Okay, not great, but I think it depends on what you like in a donut. I agree with the prior reviews in terms of easy access of I-70. The drive-thru was quick and prices reasonable: 1/2 dozen donuts for $5.49.So if you like cake donuts, this is your place. It is a very heavy cake and, holy cow, serious sugar rush from the frosting. The frosting tastes to me like whipped butter and cane sugar. My family said, "We'll, we tried it," but I don't think we'd go there again.

Stopped to grab a few donuts, pretty good selection at 1130 AM. Tasty donuts here and reasonable prices. Also has a drive thru.

Wow!!! My first time here. Pulled in the one window drive-thru. Ordered a coffee and two donuts for $3.80 and OMG! I see why this place was a morning Saturday stop for many. It was a steady flow of customers at 10am. The blueberry donut MELTED upon entry!!! Soo so good for this uninviting cosmetic look establishment. True meaning to "don't judge a book by its cover". Made fresh DAILY! They open at 530AM!!! 4 thumbs up!!!4 star reason.....customer serviceI recommend to walk inside. And add another employee. Two people were working however those same staff members are responsible to help walk-in customers first. I waited for someone to take my order from the drive up window and I watched people park and walk inside who were served before me. Tsk

Very friendly service and delicious donuts. They were out of a couple donuts for which I asked, but the woman at the window didn't even blink before offering to make them for me. I waited a few extra minutes for them to be made and was not even a little disappointed. I drove 15 minutes home before I touched them and they were still warm. Highly recommended.

Had your donuts this morning...yummy! Glazed were great as usual, jelly filled were delicious...I'm stuffed!

The first time I went to this donut shop I wasn't Givin what I asked for but we all make mistakes and no reason to make a problem but the second time I was charged half dozen then charged again for 2 more that I didn't ask for, charged 9 bucks and some change. The food is good but there needs to be changes in how people are charged. Of course I know that nothing will be done with this review and nothing will be done period. So as a customer letting others know will hopefully spike the owners interest in a bad review.

Excited to check this place out on Old Troy in Huber. Went in (yes, it's a donut shop so get out of your car and go inside) at 7am weekday and was disappointed that most of the shelves were empty. Zero frosted cake donuts and only a handful of yeast. I struggled to find two donuts to buy (would have bought a dozen) and left. Place was busy both inside and drive-thru but the donut selection was disappointing to say the least.Comparing with Jim's donuts in Vandalia who's shelves are overflowing with every donut type you can imagine, I doubt I'll go back to the donut palace.

Very good! The donuts we got were yeast and super huge. Very fresh and reasonably priced. I loved the Reese's pieces donut
