my kids (4 and 7) love this place. the equipment is clean and comfotabke to climb on. kids are about $14 to get in, adukts are free with kids and encoraged to play on the climbing equipment with their kids. i bring lunch with me and the kids will eat and play for an hour or two. on occasional fridays where there is no school we'll go and its quiet enough i can get some work done on my laptop. i see some of the critiques in the other reviews and can offer that there are restrooms in the mall, about 30 feet from Discovery Zone. the mall is slowing fading away but more local businesses like this can make it appealing again. i understand and agree with the no diapers rule, as i can only imagine the challenge of cleaning up if an accident were to happen. Give this place a try!

I had to break my kids' hearts. When we showed up it was busy and only 1 or 2 people were wearing masks. So, we had to tell our kids no and walk away.

It's a good place to let the kiddos run off their energy. $12 per kid that are potty trained and it last till they close. Depending on the time and day it can be a little busy inside but what isn't to expect at a kid zone. My 2 complaints is there are NO bathrooms inside... you have to walk down the hall of the mall and use the mall bathrooms. Also, the main entrance I feel is wide open for any kid to zip on out even though you should be watching your own kids.

Edit 2-20-24 - I spoke with the owner, and she was very nice, and apologetic for our experience. She made things right, and I appreciate her taking the time to listen to our side of the story. While this was our first time here, here are a few things I would like to say before sharing our experience. I will only speak of our experience with two of the staff. Chelsey was very rude to a number of people in our group. She lacks professionalism. She was really bad representative of this company! Ashley, however, was very professional, & treated customers with respect, & helped to resolve some issues. We found the facility to be clean. There is not a restroom inside. If you need to use the restroom you need to go out into the mall. If you are having a party, please make sure the room is big enough. They only do seating for the children, this is according to Chelsey. If you are planning on having food, there will be no where for the adults to sit & eat. All food must stay in the party room!! We had a party of 25 adults, 11 children & 2 toddlers. We were assigned to a party room with 2 tables with 16 chairs. All guests were expected to stand in the party room & eat. They were not permitted to sit at the tables outside the room to eat. This was next to impossible as the room was not big enough to hold that many people. We were also told by the front desk that we had 2 hours in the party room. After being in the room for 1 hour and 15 minutes Chelsey came in to tell us we had a 15 minute warning to clear our things out of the room. So basically we only was getting 1 1/2 hours instead of 2. I told Chelsey the lady at the front desk told me we had 2 hours. She got very nasty and said NO that we only had 1 1/2 hrs. I then asked how did they expect 25 adults, and all these children to sit in a room to eat when there isn't enough seating for everyone. She stated the room was set up for the children only. My son replied "so yours saying the kids are to be left unattended since their is no room for the parents?" She immediately started screaming at us that we can leave if we don't like it, and as she headed out the door my son followed her and they continued to have words. He did call her a dumb B****! That was uncalled for on his part. He should not have gotten down to her level. She then told my son that we all had to leave and she was calling security. We removed all our things from the party room that we had paid for, and were not able to use the entire time. At this point, another employee "Ashley" came over and spoke with my son apologizing that there had been a miscommunication, and we did in fact have the room for 2 hours and we were welcome to use the room for another 30 minutes. By this time we had already emptied our items including all the gifts she was not able to open in the party room. We opened gifts in the main lobby area, and shortly after left. Before leaving I stopped at the desk to pay, and was dealing with Ashley. After reviewing the number of people we had I stated we did not have as many kids as they had written down. We were supposed to have 15, and they told me if the number changed we could adjust it at the end. When I stated we did not have 15 kids, Chelsey once again with her loud mouth said YES YOU DID!!! She was looking for another argument! She then said you had 11 kids and 2 toddlers. Well I know I might be older, but I do know how to count and 11 + 2 does not equal 15. Ashley who was very kind, and very helpful was trying to redo things and Chelsey yelled at Ashley to not forget to charge for adults. Ashley already that down on the invoice. Chelsey talked terrible to Ashley!! Chelsey told Ashley in a loud voice "you charge her whatever you want I don't even care!" At that point Chelsey stormed off! We finished paying our bill, and I told Ashley that Chelsey really should never be working with the public. She was very rude! She could really use a class in etiquette, and math since she clearly cant add! !

Some of the workers are very sweet, but others think they can do and say what they want! Also, there's a new rule about not being able to bring outside food in which is understandable. But if I can watch them eat their lunch inside the play place then we should be able too! just my opinion.

No diapers or pull ups, but no bathroom on site and the nearest one was a good five minute walk to the other side of the mall. Manager was extremely rude and very against the idea of including people with disabilities. Save your money, not worth it at all.

Kicked my friend out because her newly potty trained daughter had training pants on. She even told the lady before she paid and she said it was fine. Turns out it's not fine and they would not give a refund because her daughter played for 5 minutes before being told to leave. I also would NEVER go to a place that discriminates against special needs kids. You will NEVER get my business.
