Dine In Hawaiian

At the Asian Street Festival, I came upon this food truck. Their fried musubi was very good. I can't add more because that's all I had there (it is a festival to try different things - duh) .I imagine you can get better in Hawaii, but my car still hasn't learned how to fly. Oh, well.

This food truck was at the UC game this past Saturday. Wow! Amazing! We usually bring tailgate food but changed it up today with it being homecoming our schedule was tighter. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to try this. We got the Korean chicken with fried rice. Amazing flavor. Little heat but not overpowering. The staff working the truck were super pleasant. He even remembered our name when we went back to rave about it.

Got to try this food truck at the taste of Cincinnati 2023. The crab bake was bomb! It reminded me of like an inside out sushi roll. It was good enough that I would definitely try more things the next time I run into this truck. Boy have food trucks really stepped up their game.

This was my second time visiting this food truck and it won't be the last. As you can tell in all the pictures, it was so good I almost forgot to take any. I can't even put into words how good this food is. We tried the nachos and the Smashburger today and WOW. I got the cheesy one and added goetta and it was the perfect messy cheesy treat. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. But make sure you try the taco because it is what made us come back for more. The seasonings all blend together perfectly, and the meat just melts in your mouth. The pineapple and sauces on top just tie everything together perfectly and the tacos are double wrapped because they're sooo juicy. I hope to try the musubi eventually too because it's a Hawaiian classic, but until then, I still leave feeling more than satisfied and ready for a food coma nap.

What a great food truck! The owners make each dish fresh to order. The musubi rocks! Mahalo for the wonderful snack.

I had the brisket taco and the Korean fried chicken. Both were delicious. The amount of brisket on the taco is insane. One could easily get 3 tacos out of all the brisket they put on it. The fried chicken was crispy with an unbelievable sauce. Definitely a must try.

Booked them for a Semi-Formal and it was the best experience ever. They were the nicest people and the food was amazing. All the guest enjoyed their food and they could not stop talking about it! Highly recommend trying their food and booking them!
