My daughter had so much fun at Rockin' Jump. There is a special area for toddlers, and it was perfect. Unfortunately, people thought they were above the rules. Regardless, she had such a great time, we had to drag her out!

I had a great time at Rockin Jump Trampoline Park. Even though at the time we were the only adults jumping/playing in the areas (most parents were watching their kids play or in the food court area). There's plenty to do and definitely family oriented. The kids would definitely have a lot of energy to release here! The inside is very spacious (very nice set up). They have Ninja Challenge Course, X-Beam, Stunt Bag Arena, Vertigo Climbing Tower, Open Jumping area, Dodge Ball and more. My favorite was Vertigo Climbing Tower, Basketball, and Open Jumping area. I was definitely working up a sweat. You cannot wear your gym shoes (lockers are available-free) so it is required you purchase their socks for $2.00 (reusable) which has tracksion on the bottom. Here are the rates:$10.00 - 30 minutes of Jump$16.00 - 60 minutes of Jump$19.00- 90 minutes of Jump$22.00- 120 minutes of Jump$12.00 per child $3.00 AdditionalThey do have specials for Birthdays during the weekends and weekdays as well. If you get hungry, there is a café area where you can purchase drinks and food. There are also massage chairs for those who want to relax and be lazy (additional cost-bring cash). Overall, my boyfriend and I had a good time. What a great place to get some extra cardio out!

Ummmm.... is it ok to say I'm having more fun than my son!!! He might be a little jealous but he'll get over it!!! On the brighter side, he'll be good and sleep as soon as we get in the car!!! Rockin Jump will burnout the kids for sure, so if the lads are nerve wrecking that day bring them here!!! Afterwards it's ... trust me !!!

We have been so excited to try this place out. I read only that COVID-19 restrictions and precautions were in place, making me feel a bit better about going. When we arrived it was a ZOO! So packed, no sanitation was occurring, and hardly a mask in sight. I couldn't believe the crowd or the staff not speaking up. I feel the facility could do a better job at blocking out times for visitors and really maintaining a safer space for families who want to enjoy a fun evening. People were careless and it was highly disappointing.

I love this place! It's nice and spacious and has a variety of different spots for the kiddos to jump. They have an obstacle course and rock wall as well which was a huge hit with my kids ages 13,11, and 7. Only bad part was the workers today. Normally when I come they are assisting with the rock wall and helping on the obstacle course but today they all just stood around sneakily talking to each other or hiding to get on their phone. I know teenagers will be teenagers but it would've been nice if they were helping out per usual!

I bought tickets on Groupon for the girls I babysit and myself for Christmas so we went today to use them. It was smaller than I imagined but still had lots to do! The obstacle course was definitely a hit with the girls and the open jump area was fun for all of us. One area was closed which was a bummer. The girls asked staff multiple times about rock climbing before they finally opened it back up. I even tried the rock climbing! They had a blast and everything was clean. There are lockers (no charge) to use which I was wondering about before we went. I'm sure I'll take them back!

Our visit was 10/24/2020-The kids love going here but please make sure your not racially profiled like my family was yesterday.Clearly we can hear when it's time to leave but before that, the staff checked my parties band because she need glasses and couldn't see what color they were. Why do that to a group of kids and not everyone. She waited until the message came across the loud speaker and came directly to me to say that our time was up. I reported her to the manager there.Mind you my son has a membership so his time wasn't up! She was very rude unlike the other staff who are very professional. This visit gets ZERO STARS FOR RACIAL PROFILING.The trampoline location in Springdale would never single anyone out like she did. I may just change my membership to that one.

Worse place ever. Rudest group of employees. They bring their children with them, kids all behind the desk. Tionna has to be the rudest, most disrespectful person in Cincinnati. She has no empathy and she act as if everyone is trying to get over on them. That is not a good attitude to have for a work place geared towards children. Several times I went and the pungent smell of marijuana was on the staff members. I couldn't tell if it was Tionna, who was arguing with a customer at the time. As a pass holder I am cancelling due to this. This is not an environment I want my kids in at a place geared for kids.

my child (3 years old) got frightened by another kid (looked around 12) and peed all over himself after we got him all cleaned up the workers tried to kick us out. so in the mist of all this my husband punches a worker, and we're to blame?!?! shame on anybody who works here!! p.s. we will be back and bring more children for double the peeing power... BTW this is not even a defy its rockin jump, wth..

I highly recommend Rockin' Jump for a birthday party! The kids enjoyed every minute! Great open jump areas, fun basketball jump and the Ninja course was a huge hit. The staff, Tyreke and Dayawna, were amazing at navigating our party. Everything was well organized, the pizzas were delicious, and the staff was very friendly and professional.
