Wife and I started recently working in the city and by serendipity we found ourselves able to walk right across the street to this adorable shop.They change around some of the items in their fresh section daily, and the rest of the items are various snacks and quick prep soups and ramen. There are a few cooking ingredients available for when you need a quick place to pick up some mirin, for instance. Their fresh items are delicious and the shop and back area are always very clean. They operate with a small kiosk where you enter your items to purchase. The prices are extremely reasonable, in my opinion, especially considering the quality. The owners/workers in the shop are very friendly and helpful.Definitely a place that we will be frequenting while we are here!

I love this place and my only real suggestion would be to expand and make it bigger. While it is smaller and therefore more limited than I'd like it to be, it's still a wonderful addition to downtown Cincinnati and a really cool konbini (japanese convenience store) which stocks many of the snacks and lunch items you might find in Japan. I love that the onigiri (cold rice ball with seaweed wrap) are made fresh on the spot. I'll definitely keep this place in mind when I am thinking about my trips to Japan and missing some of the unique flavors.

So cute! This place just opened up and we got to go on opening day. I love the convenience shops in Tokyo so I was so excited when I heard about this place. They have a cute little refrigerated shelf for premade foods and some other food items on a couple other shelves. It's small but so fun. And I can tell he put a lot of heart into this. I'll be back!

A wonderful convenient store in the heart of downtown Cincinnati on court street. It's very small but cozy with a very clean setup. The variety of onigiri and sushi rolls to choose from was great and it was delicious! They have a self checkout station which is essentially an honor system but if you need assistance there is someone in the back who makes sushi and stock the store that is super friendly and able to assist you when you are ready to check out. Loved the food options they have ranging from snacks, ramen, beverages and sushi, reminded me of being back in Japan. Highly recommend everyone to check it out.
