Crumbl - West Chester

I always enjoy coming to this Crumbl. Not only are the cookies delicious, but the team here is so friendly. They always greet you with a smile.

A couple of cookies were sold out but, a very clean store and efficient.One of the best crumbl's I have been too And I have been to several.Please bring back the banana pudding. I didn't get to try it last time

What isn't to love about giant cookies big enough for two!? We love trying out the new flavors & we do so every few weeks. The staff are always kind & the store is always clean and comfortable. I wish they had the apple pie and the carrot cake more often but two great go-tos are the chocolate chip and the frosted sugar cookie. We usually get 4-6 and all 6 of us share them.

Okay first let me say I only came here because my BFF suggested it. I am not a fan of spending a lot on a cookie that I could bake at home. Well let me say the freaking cookie was good. Soft and flavorful with just enough icing to give it pop. I mean I wouldn't order a dozen, but would be happy to come here and grab one for something special. I mean if you really want a good cookie and don't feeling like baking. Come in and get one.

One of my co workers recommended the cookies and decided to give a try. I love how easy it is to order online and that they have their own app. Also it's cool that they have certain flavors per month that way you are not overwhelmed with bunch of choices. Ordered the triple berry cobbler cookie and it was delicious! You could really taste the berries and the the cookies was extra soft. The price is a bit high, but for that big of a cookie you really can't eat more than one. When I went to pick it up, the location was eye catching, very neat and clean, I love that the bakers are right in front of you and that they show you the cookies before closing the box. I plan to go back to try other flavors!

Amazing cookies, you can't go wrong!! These are my fav cookies and their icing is amazing!!

There service was amazing& the store always smells amazing, music isn't too loud, and smells amazing. However, I'm always disappointed with how the cookies come out. The sugar cookie by itself was soft and crunchy... however the icing was so warm that it's falling/melting apart. It's not even pink... and on top of that it tasted sourNot pleased with this $5 cookie!!!

If you don't like Crumbl, you haven't gotten the right cookie! Let's start with the classic chocolate chip - sweet, humungous, and beyond soft. That's really the entire appeal. Sure, the store is cute and welcoming, but the cookies hold their own! My personal favorite is the Cookies and Cream. There's so many options, you really can't go wrong.

You can't even walk in before you're smelling delicious warm cookies!!! The ease of ordering (a self-serve kiosk) and pick up makes getting cookies almost too easy! The worst part is the wait!! My BFF and I ordered a Churro cookie to split and it came out warm and gooey!! We couldn't wait and ate it in the parking lot!!!! This is definitely an indulgence at almost $5 for 1 cookie but well worth the treat!!!

Would have rated 5 stars except my last delivery they forgot the cookie cutter I ordered and my pink sugar cookie was frozen! Every time before that I have had no problems and the cookies have been great.
