Crumbl - Oakley

Considering Crumbl is a chain and they receive hundreds of customers a day, I was very suprised by the customer service and speed at which they move. I usually go mid monday or tuesday which I find to be the least busiest time of the day, around 12 or 1, and Ive never waited more than 5 minutes. The cookies always come out as they are supposed to, chilled or warmed, and they make sure the order is correct before sealing it.

I love Crumbl cookies! They're huge and always delicious. I always end up getting the classic chocolate chip because it's consistently good. I really enjoyed the cosmic brownie inspired one as well, but there were very few candies on it. The Oakley location is very convenient and near a lot of other businesses, but that also leads to the parking lot being pretty full at times. I recommend ordering your cookies in advance and picking them up.

Amazing cookies!! So big and delicious. I love that they have new fun flavors each week while keeping the most popular two - chocolate chip and sugar - on the menu (most of the time - I wish it was all the time because the sugar cookies are my fav. Love the almond flavor that I taste in the sugar cookie!). Four stars because these cookies are very pricey and more so because the workers in this location aren't always the best. When I have asked what's in a cookie, multiple workers haven't known. And I was not asking complicated ingredient questions about flour or sugar. I was asking what the difference was between the regular chocolate chip and the other variation of some kind of peanut butter chocolate chip cookie with a unique, non-descriptive name that was also available that week. They kept asking additional workers and three didn't know. I shouldn't have to pull up the Crumbl Instagram account and search for the weekly menu post to read about each cookie, but that's what I did. While reading a fourth worker finally gave me an answer and she was wrong based on what I finally found on their Instagram page. They really only need to know about 5-6 cookies each week and two remain consistent. But still, the cookies are delicious!!I love the lemon flavored cookies a lot!

I may not love every cookie, but the service is great. Also, I mean literally first banana pudding ever? It taste like they've been making it for years. Not one complaint.. this is actually my second one and 24 hours.

Open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Score! My coworkers and I were in Cincinnati for work and found a Crumbl 1 mile from our hotel. We skipped the bar for some sweet treats. Definitely not disappointed.Great location with easy parking. We ordered a box of 4 cookies. These cookies are giant and so good. We shared them so we could try everything. The staff at Crumbl were so friendly. It was so easy to order. You can order at the kiosk or directly at the counter. We ordered at the counter to figure out what we wanted.

We ordered a 4-pack today to surprise my teenager for Valentine's Day. Crumbl is a favorite in our household, and it's always great when it can get it delivered right to our front door! The descriptions of each cookie were helpful and ordering on the app made everything simple so that check out was quick. Delivery time was around 30 min, which is great timing for the distance we live. Today we had a 4-Pack: (from left to right) Molten Lava, Valentine's Original ft M'n'Ms, Chocolate Covered Strawberry, and the Valentines special, Classic Pink Sugar. We sampled each one for dessert and enjoyed every bite. The cookies were warm, moist and melted with each bite. Crumbl never disappoints!

Delicious. I have hard time to choose just one flavor to try, so it's best to go with some friend. They are ginormous, you can easily share with friends. Or not... The service is great. Always nice and welcoming ambiance. I think my fave of this week is the blueberry and the strawberry

This is a busier location but it's super straight-forward once you get inside. The open layout allows you to see the cookies being made. Everything is super tasty and is more fun to buy multiple flavors at a time (cheaper per cookie).
