Crumbl - Milford

What the manager just did for my buddy having a bad night was awesome. Gave him an extra cookie and he didn't notice, after listening to his bad day experience. Thanks man that was awesome of you!

Everyone raves about this cookie so I had to give it a try. Five dollars a cookie is a bit expensive but you could literally make a meal of it. The store front is tiny but the kitchen is huge! There were ten people making cookies. I wonder how many they sell in one day? Service was quick friendly and easy. The location is weird being nestled between a gym and a Kroger being Wendy's. It was good.

Tonight was our second trip to the new Crumbl we are big fans of their cookies. They are huge so we cut them into 4ths or 8ths and all share all the flavors. And it takes us a family of 4 days to get through 6 of the cookies. I have to say tonight wasn't the best night not sure what was going on, but the bake staff was very behind, the people waiting were everywhere, customers were receiving mixed messages on their orders and multiple people were telling customers the same thing and asking the same question over and over. It took over 20 minutes to get my online order once I arrived at the store. But I have to give BIG PRAISE to Isaiah who was so nice and helpful checking on the orders and double checking them as well as clarifying mixed messages that were being delivered. He did it all with a smile.My best guess is the team flew solo a little too soon, but I'm sure they will get it worked out and we will keep visiting so we can try all the flavors.

The place is a great location. It's clean inside, and there was no wait. The checkout person was very nice. There are two kiosks to preorder or you can preorder from your phone for in-store or curb side pick up. The cookies are large and they had 6 flavors. The cookies with icing are too much on the sweet side for my taste. The cookies themselves are chewy, which I love. I just can't bring myself to thinking it's a value (but in their defense, they never claim to be a value) but maybe a treat for a rare occasion. I know the cookies could be made at home for 1/4 of the cost, but for those who are short on time or can't bake, this is a good alternative. I've had them once before at a different location, but I feel like the cookies are similar to pillsbury premade dough with added sugar icing on top. If you know how to bake, you could definitely make better cookies at home. I am glad Milford is getting more variety of stores.What really turned me off on Crumbl is them turning the screen for me to tip the bakers. I'm glad to tip 20 or more percent for restaurant service, but to tip the bakers seems going too far. I don't like the guilt tipping. We don't tip our cooks at restaurants or the bakers at bakeries; why would we tip the cookie bakers?

Way overpriced cookies. They do have different flavors that aren't typical that are available. We ordered a dozen. All different kinds. They have the dough premade and put them in the oven as you order them. After trying a bite of eat one. They were good. But for the prices they charged? Absolutely not! We tried them out since we heard they were so good. NONE of them were worth the price they charge. Save your money. It reminds me of the new fad thing to do. Like kids hitting up Starbucks just because of the name. Another huge waste of money. If you're looking at throwing hard earned money away, this is your go-to! I don't see this place lasting long in Milford. But we'll see, a fool and their money must part!

Service is great , Location is great. Undercooked to raw cookie/cakes every time (bad). Would love for the baking to be improved.

Great service, friendly workers. However , we got a chocolate chip cookie and the confetti milkshake. The confetti milkshake was completely uncooked and raw, couldn't even eat it. Very disappointing for our first time trying the Milford location, not to mention one cookie is $5 and we couldn't even eat it:(

Staff was very nice and service was quick. However, some of the cookies were mostly raw to the point that we couldn't even pick them up. Not underbaked, raw. We tried to email the store twice and still haven't received a response. I'm glad other people enjoy their cookies and we may try the smaller ones to see if our experience is better in the future.
