Crumbl - Mason

Good Crumbl location! They had the usual nice selection of giant cookies to fill their eye-catching pink boxes, including the classic chocolate chip (a must-have for us) and the rotating flavors that often sound so tempting. Service was quick, and there is plentiful parking in the shopping center lot.

$4.90 for the best chocolate chip cookie?! Umm, yes. I'm normally the gal who 100% looks for a deal, but I have no problem paying almost 5 bucks for the most delicious chocolate chip cookie. In fact, I have searched Cincinnati high and low for the best chocolate chip cookie... and hands down, this is it. Okay, is it a little pricey? Probably. But is it worth it? Uh-huh. When you walk in, it feels like a boutique. It's all bright colors, and there is an area where you can place your order or wait to be called upon if you placed an order in advance. Before you leave with your cookie or literally cookies-- you are showed what is in the box...and gee, that box is heavy! The chocolate chip cookie I got was definitely still warm. It's one of those things that I don't mind paying a little bit more for, especially if I plan to nibble on it as a treat or (even!) eat it in one sitting. This is definitely not something I would do on a normal basis, but if I am in mood for a treat, I would check this place out. It also makes a great gift! In fact, I heard about this boutique version of cookies, because one of my students brought these in as a treat for us teachers. What a cool gift! PS: They now have a location in the heart of Deerfield Towne Center. This business is closed on Sundays, but they release on Sunday the cookies they will be featuring during the week, as the cookies they bake rotate. Typically, they still run a version of a chocolate chip cookie and a sugar cookie each week. Check them out!!

Cookies are so good. The banana bread one shocked me as it tastes just like banana bread. I love they are served warm when applicable.

Cookies are not always cooked well! Middle of the cookie seems raw. Flavors are good when cooked well.

I've tried Crumbl probably 10 or 12 times by buying their cookies for my team and their hype is just not worth it. Find a local bakery that specializes in cookies or at least dedicates any kind of time to them and you'll walk away happier and with more money in your wallet. A more accurate rating would be a 2.5

This is yet another great Crumbl store. I was in and out in no time as there was no line. The cookies were extra fresh (I could actually watch them pull them out from the oven and place into my box). Very clean and bright. The manager and owner were both present as well, and were a delight to speak with! Perfect quick dessert spot after shopping or dining elsewhere at Deerfield.

Got a chocolate chip cookie today. Reminds me of the saying ... WHERE'S THE BEEF. In this case, ***where's the chocolate chip***. I got a chocolate chip cookie from the Bridgewater shop a few days ago which had literally 10x chocolate chip than today's order at Mason. Plus, this one was half the thickness and felt very ordinary - like what I can get from my office cafeteria.
