Crumbl - Huber Heights

Trips to Crumbl are rare and far in between but whenever we do, it's always the Huber Heights store. I do have the app, despite the fact that I do not eat sweets or treats, but my husband and kids just love this place so much the rewards is a good decision. I often order on the fly (as we are driving by) and when I click "check in" our fresh warm cookies are ready for us to grab. The customer service there is great--everyone is always happy and greets you loudly and quickly when you come through the door. There is hardly ever a wait. The cookies are warm and fresh and beautiful as always. The store is so bright and open and clean. We love it when we come here!

Cookies were amazing as always .Only problem was I ordered curbside pick up so I didn't have to bring my twins in with me . After I checked in and marked Here on the app I waited about 10 mins and decided to call. The lady who answered the phone was adamant my order was not curbside and was rude so I was forced to bring my kids in and showed her It said curbside pickup and she just gave me rude looks as I left

I stopped in at the Huber location on Valentines Day to buy some treats for customers. The staff was friendly as expected and got my large order ready in a speedy manner. I must say the lady preparing my boxes (yes I bought a bunch of cookies) was so fast and efficient it was fun to watch how fast and carefully she prepared my boxes. I was literally out of there in 10 minutes with a stack of delicious cookies. Made my day how fast and easy it was to grab treats for my customers. Everyone loved the mid day treat!

Excellent place: clean, friendly, fast and efficient! Never disappoints with great tasting cookies that change flavors/loads of variety on a weekly basis.

Fun place the cookies are pretty tasty. My kids enjoy going. I like that it is shareable.

Everyone was psyched to try this place once it opened but man ...what a letdown. Barely any space to stand once you enter so you gotta huddle up against the glass while the 200 teenagers working there leer at you doing nothing. I've never seen a place so grossly overstaffed with people standing around. Worst part by far is the cookies themselves. Since they are different every week you get excited but don't bother cuz they all taste the same and are way too big.

While my family and I love Crumbl, they handed out "One Free Cookie" cards at the Englewood Parade. Was able to get one for me, the wife, and 4 kids. Went to redeem them, they said 3 cards/free cookies per visit... the card doesn't have ANY limits except the locations.How is that fair? Whether I get 3 free cookies on 2 trips or 6 in one visit, it's still a free cookie.Just means I'm less likely to visit thanks to this experience. I would have left a better review but this is just rude. There was enough room on the cards to have the "fine print" of "Max 3 cards per visit." I had even bought a 4-pack yesterday. And came back in today to get the free ones... so it's not like I'm only here for freebies... Also, I have bought from here prior: a 12-pack and two 12-packs before that. But seriously, this will leave a bad taste in my mouth for a bit.On top of this, they were OUT of their Staple of Chocolate Chip Cookies... How?! That's like a pizza place being out of cheese or sauce; or even a burger place out of fries or buns...

Was disappointed with the appearance of my cookies. The box was very messy with icing all over the outside of it.

When I walked in the door I was greeted by the whole staff with nothing but smiles. I was waiting for a DoorDash order and the guy offered me a free cookie why I was waiting. The cookie was absolutely the best thing I ever had ever!!!!! First time ever having it and I will definitely go back. As I was leaving the whole staff said bye to me nothing but smiles made me feel so welcomed. I definitely give this place five stars!!!!!!

5$ for cookies that aren't decorated very well or are to large to fit in the designated box .. Not a fan of being ask to leave a tip considering we're already paying them a service fee.
