Always great cookies from here. I visited today because it was my birthday and I got a free cookie. How amazing is that. Every week the menu is different so there's almost always something new to try.

Crumbl always draws me in with their free cookie on your birthday when you're signed up for their rewards. The voucher lasts for over a month which is super nice.Here at the Anderson location, it is very clean, the service was quick and staff was friendly. I was already getting a free big cookie and the man helping me offered a free mini cookie if I gave them a google review - I asked if I could do Yelp :). SO two free cookies!! We love that!As for taste, you know that Crumbl cookies are elite. My big cookie was cookies and cream and the mini was cookie dough. Both supreme taste, cookie dough was very cookie doughy and the cookies and cream inner part was perfection!

You guys need to make sure you lock your doors when you're closed Someday the Cookie Monster is going to take advantage of this. just an FYI

Cookies are very good. They are also very filling but expensive at 4.60 each. The selection changes every week. The store employees are not friendly. I asked why I was charged a service fee and they had no idea. The manager came over and said they are passing the fee along for using credit cards. I told him they are being dishonest and need to post that; otherwise I would have paid cash. They said everyone is doing it. I told them small businesses sometimes do but they always tell you in advance. They must have a lot of business because there was 5-10 employees at 6PM. I looked on their website and you can't make a complaint. Also can't get crumbl points after the fact. I forgot that I signed up months ago for their free cookie day, but wasn't going in a blizzard. I also had a McNicholas coupon from a sportscard for a free cookie. After I paid I said it seemed high and they said it is right. I said do you charge $7 a cookie? The person said I don't know how much one is. Do you work there? I found out they will only give you a free chocolate chip cookie. Ok when I asked how many cookies and I said I was buying 3 and I am using a free coupon why did you not say anything and why did you give me 4 single boxes when other people are getting 4 cookies in 1 big box. I also had to ask for a bag. The person just threw 4 single boxes on the counter to me. I can see you are a franchise from looking at the site, but 1 store experience can create a negative opinion of your entire chain. The website says for Customer concerns contact the store. I also posted something on the facebook page. We'll see if they respond. In the picture you will see 1 Chocolate chip, 1 key lime, 1 blueberry muffin and 1 Cinnamon. They had some other stupid name. I asked for a Cinnamon and the person didn't know what I was talking about. I pointed to it. C'mon you only have 6 order items. Not hard!After trying them with my son and wife. Cinnamon (5/5), Key Lime (1/5) doesn't taste 1 bit of lime, Blueberry Muffin (2/5), Chocolate Chip (3/5). Net result not worth almost $5 a cookie. $1 less per cookie is more reasonable!

This is best place to order enormous size cookies! I've first tried them when I worked at amazon and they were given out for birthdays... It was good when I got it for my birthday... I didn't know Anderson township, Ohio had one. I stopped by and ordered a 6 back which was $25 plus tax. Not bad price for 6 enormous cookies! I got 2 of each.. Boston Crème, peanut butter fudge, and the new testing product which was nutty buddy peanut butter sandwich cookie which is the best one out of the whole box! I've enjoyed and will be coming back again! My new favorite cookie store.

We ordered a half dozen. The cookies are huge and they look good. However, the flavor is mediocre at best. They are so thick, they are raw in the center. The buttercream is sickeningly sweet. They are definitely overpriced. I wouldn't get them again.

I've had 2 bad experiences here and that's enough for me to not go back. The first was an undercooked cookie that was near soup on the inside. That happened during opening week so I let it slide. Today I picked up the Fried Ice Cream cookie and what a disappointment that was. They used what appears to be leftover nilla wafers and cornflakes crumbs from previous cookies. It looked nothing like the one on display.

Cookies are wonderful. Always enjoy doing and there with my kids. I'm ready then pick their own cookie out. The frosty on these Delicious treats is amazing.

Very expensive and the cookies are not really worth it. The part I like is the staff was really nice and the wait time is pretty quick.

I really think this place needs to either get shut down or needs to do better this place is Racist, mean, rude and disrespectful as hell. when I walked in there the employee didn't greet me but greeted everyone else she also was taking caucasians customers before me even though I walked in there before them and she ended up serving me last so I will never come back to this location ever!!!!!!!!!!! DO BETTER
