Have been checking out all of the farmers markets in the greater Cincy area and Covington is one of the best, worth the 25 minute drive for us. Lots of great local produce vendors along with two bakeries and a few meat purveyors. 30 minutes later and $100 lighter and were set for the week! Also worth noting, nice job on the COVID front. One way around. 6 ft markers. Thanks for keeping us safe!

This farmers market is small. If I hadn't been on a walk and just happened to walk by, and I was actually planning to come, I'd be a little disappointed. They definitely need more vendors and different types of vendors. I like farmers markets with plenty of variety. This farmer's market lacked that for me. The majority of the vendors were bakery and flower vendors. I would say in all there was about 15 vendors and most were selling baked good items. There was not a whole lot of produce vendors. They had one or two meat vendors, one natural product vendor, a local honey vendor, and one or two jam/homemade spreads/sauce vendors. However, they did have live music and an area with table and chairs. They also had table and chairs for the little ones.

This farmers market actually has a very good local in-season produce vendor, which can be hard to find! I appreciate being able to find LOCAL produce. You will be able to taste the difference in what they have vs store bought.

I pick up my CSA from Napoleon Ridge Farm at the Covington Farmer's Market each weekend. I always look forward to the nice mix of vendors who show up from sweets to craft vendors, to plenty of veggies and some fruits. It changes slightly each week with a few staples who show up each week so you know you're going to find something you need to pick up!For 2013 the the market will still be at Court and Park right in front of the Old Kenton County Courthouse but the hours were changed a bit to be 9am to 1pm. A few times during the summer they do customer appreciation type events. So keep a look out for those because they are always a fun time!

I am so happy with the new location of this market at Court and Park. It is more accessible and more visible to passersby. There are several non-food vendors which make things interesting. I am hoping as summer moves along, vendors' crops will increase. Bravo to Covington and vendors on the new location.

Small little gathering of vendors with 2 food trunks on the day I came to the Covington Farmers Market. Don't miss the Queen Bee lady with homemade jams, honey and breads. There's also a woman there that does CSA stuff if you're ready to get your freshness on!

Rose&Mary bakery has the best croissants in the Cincy area, hands down. Their plain croissants could give Parisian bakers a run for their money-- and they are superior local favorites like the French Crust as well. Imagine then how good the variations are. Every savory and sweet croissants we have tried so far has been flawless. Amazing.
