It's a beautiful set for "A Christmas Carol the Musical".
Tonight it's the classic "A Streetcar Named Desire". What's the beer special? I would imagine it's "Stellaaaas"!

'I will honour Christmas in my heart and try to keep it all the year.' We loved Charles Dicken's classic A CHRISTMAS CAROL: a story of forgiveness and a reminder that you can make a change at any time in your life--even overnight.Live theater, Christmas carols & falling snow on stage is enough to make any person feel merry and bright!LOVE LOVE LOVE this theater. I took my mom to go see a Christmas show at Covedale Center for the Performing Arts after an additional show had been added due to the snow and ice around Christmas. I was thrilled that an extra show was added, as most of the performances were sold out before Christmas. My mom loved the show--it was her first time in the theater (I have enjoyed several performances here). In fact, she kept talking about how great the theater was, and how she loved every bit of the performance (me too!). I have a feeling we will be back for each show. An avid performer in the Cincinnati area and lover of all Cincinnati theater, Covedale has always been high up on my list. I had the opportunity to see Frank Sinatra's 'My Way' this past fall and loved it. I have never been disappointed with any of the shows, and I truly believe everyone does a great job and gives a wonderful show. This is an old movie theater renovated into a theater -- with cool, vintage vibes and plenty of seats. I love how the seating is slanted, as there really is not a bad seat in the house. It's about $30 to go see a show, and it's completely worth it.I'm looking forward to checking out the other shows in their season--join me!

Enjoyed the Christmas Carol Scrooge musical rendition at the Covedale. Friendly service and a great view for every seat. The cast was magical and brought the story to life for the Christmas season! Always enjoy a fine local theater production of a family favorite!

First time here! Loved the theater! The sound was great, seats were comfortable, and I appreciated the 'old school' marquis outside. Looking forward to seeing more shows here.

This is an old fashioned theater which is being lovingly maintained. The seats were comfortable and easy to find. The ushers were older and dedicated. The program director was gushy, so dedicated to the kids. We saw Grease and the kids were amazing! So professional! We had a lovely evening and for $22 it was a total bargain. Free parking lot and you can park at the library next door.

Just visited this spot, that I didn't know existed, for the first time on Friday. There was a free kids show. A large group of diverse students sat on either side of the stage until it was there turn to perform/The acting students did a wonderful job considering they had taken one week to perform several different skits. Some of these students are incredibly talented! This is a nice addition to the west side and I can't wait to see another show soon. I'm told the Wedding Singer is in the on-deck circle!

SO MUCH FUN!!!I went to the Covedale Center for the Performing Arts last night to see The 39 Steps with my wife for her birthday and had a blast! The cast was great and really delivered the humor in every scene. It was our first time to the venue and we sat in the front row which was great, but I feel like there probably isn't a bad seat in the theater. Staff were very friendly and the overall experience is one that we will both remember fondly.

Very much looking forward to watching The Marvelous Wondetettes on stage tonight! My first time here. Very cute warm 50s feel. Definitely a senior crowd here tonight... but the play is set in 1958 with lots of fun 50s music already setting the stage for a happy days feel. The theater is clean and comfortable. Nice work making theater available! Reatrooms are small but they have limited space. Concessions are available... beer and wine included. Cost is completely reasonable for theater. Looking forqard to the show!
