Everyone was friendly and the selection of both dry goods and produce was fantastic. I also am into wine and their wine manager was so friendly she even let me try a Brunello di montalcino she had open, which was like $100 a bottle. This place feels like a locally owned and operated Trader Joe's. Thanks Heather!

I love this place. Reminds me of great markets in the south that I used to visit with my grandmother, but they have wine and beet too! They offer awesome fresh produce, unique produce like specialty mushrooms not found in most grocery stores. They have a nice deli, a variety of meats not huge but great quality. They stock many center isle items, breads, local honey, pasta sauces, and teas, to name a few. I think the wine and beer section is unique and well stocked. If you haven't been in, it's worth a visit.

I have had wonderful peaches all summer from this market, Bath Tub peaches they call them. I never get out of the store without finding a new wine or beer. They have a great selection. I found out the last time I was there they sell Sixteen Brick bread, a favorite. I guess I will be going more often!

Some co-workers told me that since I like to cook that I needed to visit this place. They said it was more manageable store than Jungle Jim's but it still had a wide range of products. I am here to say they did not oversell this place. As many reviews have stated the produce is extensive and very fresh. As good as you will get in Whole Foods, but less expensive. We picked up great bean sprouts, broccoli and apples. The deli is also very well stocked. We ordered a pastrami and some ham salad. Both were excellent. The ham salad has a brown sugar taste it.Wine section has some nice bargains. We spoke to the woman who buys for the store and she tries to find great deals and we left with six bottles. There is a great spice section, hot sauces, BBQ sauces, beans, cheeses and the list goes on. If you're looking for it they have it, and if they don't they will special order it so when you come the next time it will be there. For foodies and those who like to cook, I recommend a trip.

They sell Amish foods. I like that because I know I'm getting less chemicals in what I'm eating.

Small grocery store in Hartwell (right next to Wyoming, Ohio) that carries fresh produce, Amish Chicken and Boar's Head in the Deli Section. The Beer and Wine selection is half the store with a large variety of discounted beers and wines. No discount on high end champagne or sparkling. They have a wine tasting every Friday night which is popular with the locals and it's a big social event. Good luck finding a parking spot and shopping for last min items on a Friday!

How often are you WOW'd at a grocery?I've been driving by this place for years, thinking it a little indoor farmers market or something. I saw a sign for 0.99 cent Pineapple and made a quick turn in to check it out. When I first walked in, I was surprised. Huge quantity of products in the store, well organized, and some nice flare items such a draft beer bar with samples. Took the time to checkout the store as seen in the picture and kept discovering things that will bring me back; like the largest collection of STash brand tea. Didn't have to interact with any employees before checking out, but that was quick and the cashier was polite. Great little store, You can see all corners at all times, great place to shop at if you shop for meals daily.

I have shopped here for years, and have enjoyed this place until today. Thanks to Covid 19, I am now a heart patient with a service dog, (not emotional support dog) and I take him everywhere. Today, the manager on duty, Janie, came up to me at the meat counter and said loudly, in front of other customers, "dogs are not allowed in this store!' I replied that he is a real service dog and that she can see the service dog signage on his harness. She then asked what my health condition is, and although it is actually against HIPPA regulations to even ask that, I explained my serious heart condition and told her I can show her the documentation as well. She said it is against the law to ask for the documentation, but that I am 'in the wrong' for being annoyed about being harrassed! I said she needs to have better manners and not to talk to customers like that because SHE started a problem, by starting a confrontation, then mishandling the situation by amplifying her own hostility and inappropriate behavior. And she is a manager! She then told me I should shop somewhere else! WTH! I replied she should look for another job because I am reporting this episode. "Establishments that sell or prepare food must generally allow service animals in public areas even if state or local health codes prohibit animals on the premises." This is from the ADA-Americans Disabilities Act
