Have had their breakfast lunch and dinner and it was all very good food. Great customer service and well priced

Good, cheap, southern food with overall some of the worst service in the area.We used to go there weekly and finally got sick of waiting 30+ minutes for store bought biscuits and a meal. We literally walked out when a waitress hadn't so much as asked us what we wanted for drinks after 40 minutes. My in laws love this place and the food is a great value but I just can't get past waiting so long for what you get. If the main purpose is to socialize, and you have time to burn, this is a great choice however.The thing that's always blown my mind is how slow the service is even when the place isn't full. The waitress came running and begged us to not leave as we were walking out, and we've not been back since.

Decided to try this local establishment as have heard their food is good. Went in and sat down, waitress took our order and then we waited and waited and waited. Almost 40 minutes while others who had walked in after us already had their food before us. It seemed as though our waitress was too busy socializing with her tables that she knew and possibly forgot to even put our order in, we decided to get up and leave, then just like other reviews on here, she was begging us to wait saying it was coming right up, but she had told us that 20 minutes ago and we were tired of waiting. Paid for our drinks and left, won't be back there again...

Great food and desserts, great staff, Lots of places to sit at. Defiently worth going and the prices is reasonable. Will definitely go back to eat here.I'm very recommended.

I found this place drilling down on Apple's Maps app hunting for a place in nearby Nicholsaville. They're open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The inside looks very new, possibly recently renovated, compared to the outside. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with fries and she got the Patty Melt with fries. The food was excellent. It definitely lived up to their "home cooking" slogan on the signage out front. The service was slower than I'm used to at most other places. We figured out our orders from menu photos on Yelp so that we were ready when the server was able to wait on us. I wanted a milkshake for dessert as advertised on their two chalkboard menus but we were told they ran out of ice cream yesterday.

We just moved to Nicholasville last week. We have eaten here twice so far. Our servers were friendly and welcoming. The food was very good with huge portions. We will be back!

First time eating here. Went for breakfast and it was good. Ordered the pancake breakfast which was enough to feed 2.5 people. The biggest pancakes I've ever been served. The sausage gravy that my wife got was good but the biscuit was kinda dry. The server was friendly. Next time I go for breakfast, I'm trying the French Toast . I'm planning on trying this place out during lunchtime in the near future as well.

Breakfast was very good. Large servings and friendly servers.Country cooking style. Will need to try for dinner sometime.

Great food, down to earth staff and modest prices. Great place to stop in the area, for their prices and quality of food.

Service staff under staffed. No one to seat you. Empty tables remained dirty, never cleared.Food , poor. Breakfast sausage so over cooked and dry, it was poor judgment to serve it. Way over priced for the poor quality of food.
