I've eaten at other CH restaurants but this was our first time here, I'd certainly come back. I had the Napa chicken salad. Juicy delicious chicken topped with greens, apples, dried cherries, excellent goat cheese, avocados, tomatoes with a honey mustard vinaigrette. Oooo!My son had the soy ginger salmon and the ahi tuna appetizer. He said it was excellent. Service was correct but somewhat slow. It took us over an hour for lunch. Cost was what you would expect for such excellent food (this ain't Taco Bell!)

I'm not sure why people are so impressed with this restaurant. For a pricy place, their vegan options are laughable. Well, actually, it would be more accurate to say option instead of options, because there is a single vegan option on their huge menu. Yes, one item. Zero appetizers, zero desserts, zero meals with even a bit of protein. The only option is a bland and oily risotto. And they made it wrong for me! Everyone else got their food, and since mine was covered with cheese, I had to wait an extra ten minutes for it to be re-made. I'm guessing that since vegans would only come here against their will (as I was doing), their staff isn't used to making this one vegan item, so they couldn't do it right. Our server hardly ever visited our table, but when she did come, she was chewing gum with her mouth open while serving us, even when leaning over the table to reach plates and glasses. How is this considered a high-end place?

We the visited the beautiful Coopers for Thanksgiving dinner today. Since we had a bit time before we ate and went for a wine tasting. Tessa "T" was amazing. She explained the different wines and served with a smile. As we went over to the restaurant we ordered the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The meal was beyond exceptional. Cooked to perfection and very very tasty. This was by far one of the best Thanksgiving meals o have ever eaten. But the service... sigh... our waiter Johnny kept helping everyone but us. He didn't bring the bread at the beginning, hardly came to our table, kept ignoring us. We wanted to order an additional drink and after trying to get his attention for the 3rd time we had to shout a loud "Hello!! We would like to place a drink order" to get his attention. Then - we waited over a half an our to get our dessert.. nothing.... He helped everyone but us. We finally flagged down another server to bring it. He saw that another waiter helped us and asked: How is everything- I was not in the mood for smallTalk anymore and just asked for the check which he promptly forgot to bring... after an additional 20 minutes - he looked at us and said "ohhh the check... well I forgot..." We ended up spending 2 1/2 hours at the table a I would say 1 1/2 was wait time.. still giving 4 stars because Coopers is overall one of my fav restaurants. Only one thing for sure- I won't be sitting in Johnnie's section ever again...

Love their chicken piccata and turkey burger. Ofcourse with it being a craft kitchen, some days are better than others. I enjoy being a wine club member because it forces me to go out and try different wines and go out and get to know people in the area. I've had a few great experiences with the service here. My only beef is that sometimes I have waited an hour past my reservation to be seated. Sometimes it is due to a comedy show and folks not leaving their table. It's incredibly frustrating when you have an itinerary and you have to shift or give up a few things because of this. I understand a good 5-20 minutes but an hour wait after your reservation time?? There needs to be some focus there to resolve that issue because it is embarrassing taking people here during a "rush" despite a reservation.

Our waiter was the best. He removed the plastic from our straws and gave them to us un-touched. They were great. The pretzel bread was the best. Our waiter was attentive to my shell fish allergy, and changed the sauce so I could eat my Grouper & pork chop. My wife thought her Pork Chop & Grouper were the best. The Squash Ravioli with lobster was top notch. The BBQ Chicken Salad was great. We didn't like the dessert options. The location in the restaurant was bright and open. Love it. The was the best dinner at Cooper's Hawk I ever had.

I've been a wine club member for years now, so I get to the two (more or less) local locations pretty often. It's actually amazing to me that I haven't reviewed yet. This is my favorite location because I can enjoy my wine and then go walk it of, unlike at the Kenwood location. The service is always friendly and welcoming both at the bar, and at the table. I've never had a bad meal. Once or twice I've had a server who took a lot longer than necessary to come back to the table, but that's the minority - I just assume they're understaffed that day. While this isn't a cheap place to eat, it's not completely cost prohibitive, and for the quality of the food I've always been happy. I'm addicted to the eggrolls. Also, the house beer is pretty good for a winery if you want to shake things up, and I can't say enough good things about the donuts you can get at their new brunch.

Always an excellent time at this Cooper's Hawk location. We had a nice dinner out on the patio. Excellent service, even better food. I decided to try out the Chef's Shanghai Short Ribs special for my dinner and I was far from disappointed. The sauce that was used for this entree was quite appetizing. The braised short ribs reminded me of a very very tender roast beef. I don't recall even needing my knife! Which calls for extra quality points in my book. This meal served over mashed potatoes was a great call. The sweet Thai calamari was not my favorite and I won't get it again. I was not a fan of the sauce that comes directly on the calamari. Plus, the calamari was pretty chewy and I like my calamari more on the crisp side. The over the border egg rolls never disappoint is a must have whenever I visit! Even the sauces they provide for you to dip the egg rolls in are all so delicious. I'd definitely recommend the Over the Border egg rolls and Shanghai Braised Short Ribs to anyone willing to try!

We have been to this location & others several times. Most recently was in late Jan 2025. Service was friendly but slow-ish. Food ranged from average to good. Seems to be a bit of a dip in preparation quality last 2 visits. Finally, in most recent visit, there was a dog in the restaurant howling & yapping during our entire visit. It was very tenacious, loud & obnoxious. I did see the dog which was dirty looking & was wearing one of the vests alleging it was a service dog. However, it did not behave as a well trained service dog should, & it significantly decreased our ability to have a peaceful meal. For the price, especially, one would expect to not have such problems.

Cooper's hawk wine tasting is not only fabulous, it's a fabulous deal! It's 12 dollars for 8 tastings. And the pour is about half a glass! The selection to choose from is broad. The wines are fantastic and have something for everyone. You just stand at the bar and can take your time tasting. I look forward to going back this holiday season for the warm, spiced wines!!!
