I just visited for the first time, and it was my first time going to a dispensary. I wasn't sure what to expect because I've only ever seen the inside of dispensaries on TV, but it was really nice inside, and very clean and comforting to be in. The staff were all very friendly and very informative. I learned a lot about what I was getting, as well as how to read info labels on things, and I can't wait to go back. I think the person who helped me was Abby, and she was awesome.

I have been a customer of Consume now for a few years and have never really encountered any problems. Well, not until 2/13/25. I placed an online order at 10 a.m. and then waited for confirmation. In the past this takes an hour tops. So after checking 3 hours later, it was still verifying. When I called the store and asked about it, I was told it wasn't filled yet with no explanation or timetable. I then waited until around 5, it was still verifying. I cancelled it due to the fact it was a curbside pickup. 6 p.m. is the cutoff for curbside and it's an hour drive for me. I emailed Consume immediately afterwards asking why my order was never filled. I still haven't received a reply. This is not how you run a business. Especially when you have legit medical patients relying on your services. SMH...

The "Cold Cure" live rosin is not kept cold here, which dries out the product and ruins the quality and freshness of the product. When were expected to pay $30-$40 for a HALF GRAM, I expect it to be kept cold, fresh and the highest quality. A concentrate fridge is a must needed upgrade to this location.

Stopped by on Sunday March 24th to make a purchase and cash in some points for gear. I told the young man the item I wanted and that I wanted to use loyalty points for the gear. I was told you can not use the discount special in combination with loyalty points. Then I was told $100 was max I could redeem in points on one purchase. When I signed up I was told you could keep adding up points towards a big purchase. No one ever said anything about $100 max. On Consume national site it says you can combine discounts and loyalty points. I sent them a note and no one followed up with me.No one ever responded to my concerns. Of course this does not even go into the "rule" that item must be at least $10 and they only redeem in $10 intervals. The loyalty program is misrepresented at the counter and employees are definitely not trained on program rules. Spent quite a few dollars there in 2023. Consume has showed me they do not care at all about customers.
