Service used to be great and fast now it's mainly online only. This election is often on every once in a while you'll get a good deal. Most of the time you're paying about 10% off normal retail price. It's a weed store. It smells like weed. They don't sell recreational yet. Don't know if they will.

Drove 40 minutes only to be told they were out of what I ordered. I recieved an email 3 hours before leaving the house telling me my order was ready so foolishly I assumed my order was ready. When I what would be the best way to find out if an order I placed is in stock before making the drive the woman just stared blankly and shrugged.

I had been having major issues at the About Wellness dispensary for a while (long wait times for pick up orders, no one answering phones, spending over an hour waiting just to pick up and order I submitted by phone. I've used Columbia Care at least 10 times now and I've never had any issues. They answer the phone, they always have deals or discounts, I've never spent longer than 15 minutes there, and best of all you can place an order online. In the location I'm living at the moment, this will be my go to dispensary from now on.

Fix yall fucking website can't look at the menu or anything because some banner wants to pop up and I can't close it.

LONGEST WAIT in this dispensary. They are so slow and you will wait in the room for 45 minutes. I ordered $400 worth of stuff just to leave without anything because of such a long wait. Do not give them your business, they do not value it.

ASHLEY who works here and answers the phone is the main reason I will NEVER be returning here an telling everyone I know to never give their buisness to Columbia care... she is VERY rude and unhelpful I WILL be contacting the Better Business Bureau every day until something is done.... I called simply to ask about product as the online menu is almost never updated... she was VERY rude and needs to find a different job, customer service is of her leave priority. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else !

first time here.. security is harassing people before they even walk in the door, the waiting area is like you're in school detention, if you pay with a card you will pay there monthly subscription for there card readers about 7$ more that you never signed for will come out as a non atm fee, slow wait to get to the back, bad management. pricey compared to a mile away for better deals! product is good but so is everywhere else. won't be back

New guard thinks hes a cop and harasses customers. Last straw!They wont honor their own sale prices after you have ordered online. They will tell you its an error so pay full price. After 4 times this is no fluke.Go anywhere else but here.Spare yourself the headaches!I live close but they are the worst!!!

I placed an order for a specific item listed for a specific price. I drive almost an hour to get to the store just to be told that they "made a mistake" and would gladly give me the same item for 10x the listed price. I've been to this location 3 times now and have had some kind of issue every time. I wish ther was a option to put negative stars.

Fast for a first time patient! Great selection, fantastic staff. Worth the drive from cincy. Better selection than the others nearby. Thanks!
