Coffee Emporium

I have to say that I've been missing out for not coming here sooner. I took my chance today and try this place out and it did not disappoint. The employees were welcoming. I have a Macchiato and it was great. Great ambiance, great options for snacks/lunch.Deff would come back again often!!!

I love the local coffee shop, walkable to many neighborhoods. This place is incredibly popular as there is always a line out the door, regardless of weather conditions outside. So most people love it. For me, I find it incredibly mediocre and underwhelming. Everything is simply "OK" to me. Coffee, breakfast burritos, lunch sandwiches. It's all just meh.

I loved my coffee- but the location inside was a little cramped. The service was friendly and the baked goods were also fresh. A very cute place for a treat-yourself coffee!

Spacious inside. Friendly staff. Plenty options to choose from and they serve food. You can work from home here or do your school work. Coffee was delicious. Coffee is expensive lol

Staff were helpful in selecting a good coffee. The place was super busy and had a nice atmosphere for working on my laptop. Didn't notice that I stayed past the closing time and they were super nice about it! Parking can be difficult so just try down the street beside the building. Parking across the street is a hassle with all of the traffic.

We were visiting the area and stopped to take pictures of the mushroom house and actually looking for coffee shop, boom 1 stop shop. It was definitely popular on a Saturday morning. They had a great selection of coffees,baked goods and sandwiches. Very inviting and friendly spot. Cozy seating upstairs and on a sunny morning outside tables.

Great place to work or hang out! There was a line out the door on a Friday morning so be willing to wait. The menu is extensive with several variations of lattes / cold brews. The Aztec Powerhouse latte recommended by the barista is a perfect blend of sweet and spicyyy. The upstairs space is pretty peaceful and has tons of natural light through the windows. The outdoor seating area is pretty large and would be great for warmer weather. Employees here are super friendly. Do check this place out if you're in the area!

My best weekends in Cincinnati often start with a quick trip to Coffee Emporium. My husband and I typically stop by the downtown location - but decided to mix things up and give the Hyde Park shop a visit instead! There's almost always a line out the door at this location - especially on weekend mornings. Such was the case last Saturday, but this team does their best to keep that line moving and grooving! I'm always tempted by the adorable mugs on display - and this trip was no exception. I feel they've stepped up their mug game even more recently ... which I didn't think was possible! I went with my usual "Toddy Jive," which is their signature cold brew, plus a little cream and vanilla. My husband decided to try their "Aztec Warrior," which is a latte with a kick of cayenne. Both were delightful, as always! Just the pick-me-up we needed before a long day of errands around town.We did have time to stop and sit for a while on their patio ... which seems like the place to be on a Saturday morning! We especially loved seeing how many people had brought their dogs out to enjoy the morning ... and the Coffee Emporium sign that welcomes dogs in all outdoor spaces. When the weather is actually sunny and nice, I highly recommend taking your coffee to-go and taking a walk in the nextdoor neighborhood to admire some beautiful homes.

Love this quaint coffee shop. Baristas are super friendly and my go to order always tastes amazing. I hope everyday for a grand opening in NYC soon!!!

Coffee emporium single handedly got me through grad school and I am forever indebted to their coffee gods. This place has it all, the charm, the aromas, the yummy treats, the smooth coffee, the friendly baristas. I could write a whole dissertation on this place. What would I do for a Klondike bar? No no, it's more like what would I do for a Java Jive. A lot, I would do a lot. I moved away after school and I think about a medium iced Java jive almost daily. Coffee emporium stuck by my side through it all and even through the pandemic! They are more reliable than any crusty old finance bro could ever be! I miss this place fondly and it's the first stop whenever I'm back in town. Keep up the good work, I'll be back soon
