Cock & Bull

It's a pub that serves great food. The place is decorated in a very local bar type way- sports paraphernalia and a dark wood setting. I had their fish and chips and it was really good- in an American way! The server made the meal so much better. She stayed and chit-chatted and seemed to really enjoy working there which says a lot. My friends had burgers and fries and they loved their meals. Overall a great place to get a quick bite to eat.

Great location, excellent service, delicious food makes for an awesome meal experience! If you have been to Covington Mainstrauss area you know this place. The ambiance provides the history and fun place to enjoy food & drinks. The games were on, the volume was high and everyone was enjoying the day. Our server was top notch and the food was quick and hot. We enjoyed the appetizers and the portions were so large we had leftovers. Can't wait to come back.

We stopped in here after Sunday's first home win for the Bengals this season and must say this place was great!! They were packed, wall to wall, the service was still great, and the atmosphere was outstanding. We only ate some apps, but the food that we did get was all awesome!! Highly recommend the queso and chips!!

I was looking around town for a good burger. The Cock & Bull is open, airy, and it was quiet, so I sat at the large bar. Service was immediate and very friendly. I ordered the mushroom/Swiss burger with tots. The burger was large and perfectly cooked, nice and juicy. The tots were fresh, hot and crispy. Lettuce, tomato and pickles were fresh and excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed this meal, one of the best pub burgers I've ever eaten. Absolute winner of a meal in a great atmosphere.

Service was exceptional! Dinner was as presented and also top notch. Great breading on the fish and a recommendation off the menu. Fries were on point and crispy and the coleslaw was also on point. Coleslaw was exceptional!Winner winner fish dinner!

Brought my 14 month old baby here along with my husband and some friends. Service was wonderful!! I ordered the kids grilled cheese for my daughter, she loved it ( so did the adults). Wings, pretzels and fish, all were delicious!! Chili was meh, Cincinnati chili just doesn't taste the same as in other states, needs some seasoning. Ordered an old fashioned, very weak. Expected a stronger drink as I normally get when I order it. Would definitely go back again!!

Great hang out spot in Covington. Wings are really good, they were out of dry rubbed Lemon Pepper so I had to get Buffalo sauce, definitely 9/10. The lady bartender was very nice. I loved the atmosphere and that they have a jukebox!

Went in for the fish and chips. Online showed they were voted best in the city. Fish was crisp and fries were very good. Service was quick and friendly. Would have liked it to be a touch cleaner.

First stop in our recent OH/KY adventures, and it was awesome. Located in historic downtown Covington, KY, we again experienced epic service. We got beers and an appetizer quickly. I had one of my favorite beers, Delirium, and we shared a wonderful pretzel bites with spicy mustard dipping sauce as an appetizer. Cock and Bull is a beautiful English pub, smallish, and was about half full when we came in for a late lunch. We got ourselves a window side hi top and enjoyed our food. I had a really good fish and chips. My wife had a reuben. We were very happy after a long morning of travel. Great food. Great drinks. Great service. We

The smell... it hit us right when we walked in the door and we should've just turned around & left but, we gave it a chance. The bartender was very nice, the atmosphere seems good... we just couldn't get past the smell. We only ordered a beer and a cocktail however, I couldn't finish my beer. The staff did seem attentive though.
