CM Chicken - Korean Fried Chicken

I left not being able to walk. I was so stuffed. Everything was SO GOOD. My husband doesn't really like chicken thighs or basically anything that isn't breasts. But allllll the tenders were very well seasoned chicken breasts. My sis in law is a vegetarian and we both loved the cauliflower options. The service was amazing!!!!! I think the owner came and checked up on us too. Ambiance was very friendly and lively. Everyone was well accommodated. Can you guys make a branch out in California?

The restaurant was packed but we were able to get in quickly. Tables can get a little cozy when full but everyone works with it. Menu is good although it has a few holes in their sides. We ordered two sets of wings. The lemon wings were really good. The mix of the lemon and green onions was great. Chicken was cooked perfectly with a nice crunch. Green onion pancake was good. Very large portion. Korean corn dog was more of a novelty. Had to try it once. Overall, very good. Staff is very nice. Manager hopped in to help when the pop tasted off and was quick to fix it.

Once again, CM Chicken knocked it out of the park. Seated and waited on immediately with excellent service. My order came out quick and was very hot. I went with half plain and half hot & spicy. So delicious as was the picked radish and the kimchi. Great kimchi BTW. I have plenty left over as always and will make a couple lunches out of this sometime this week. No wonder this is rated as the best fried chicken in Ohio.

10/10 with my favorite being Garlic Soy and Spicy Garlic. Don't skip the curly fries with cheese powder and some magical unicorn mustard sauce on the side. I don't even know how this place gets the chicken so crispy. Super cute to eat in as well.

CM chicken is getting a lot of love right now and I'm happy to report it's all justified. I made the half hour drive from my home to see what the fuss was all about. I was welcomed by two friendly and efficient servers who explained the menu options. I ordered a whole chicken- half spicy garlic and half garlic soy tikkudak style which is supposed to make the chicken sandwich even crispier. When I received my bag, the scent was intoxicating that I wanted to devour it on the spot. I made it home and the chicken was still hot and crispy. Both sauces were good and neither was particularly spicy. For crispy, well- seasoned fried chicken, this is definitely a top spot! I'll be making the drive again

Wowww im kind of upset Ive waited this long to come here :( The wings were absolutely delicious!! Wish we had more room for other things because we only tried the garlic soy & cheese monster wings, garlic soy is sweet with a little bit of heat and the cheese monster has a yummy cheese powder coating with this Delightful cheese sauce that i liked so much i dipped both flavors in !! They are hands down the best wings Ive ever eaten. Definitely understand why CM chicken was rated #1 in Ohio. Glad I'm only about 35 - 40 minutes away from this gem... I will definitely be returning & I will definitely be ordering the same things I ordered this time plus some other things I'm curious about!

This is one of my favorite places for fried chicken! My favorite is Mania Lemon Spring Onion Chicken and Garlic Soy. We got 2 orders of whole chicken, 2 orders of half chicken, 1 order of chicken gizzards, and 1 order of onion rings. This was my first time getting the onion rings here, it's pretty good! We dipped them into the sauces from the chicken. We had a lot of leftovers for 5 people. Service was good and the interior still felt pretty new.

Hot tasty food, fast service, tables to floors are clean. Puts them miles ahead of so many other places I've been recently. Love the food here will be back, maybe tomorrow!

Always a hit here! The chicken is SO GOOD. I love ordering the tikkudak chicken for the extra crisp. My favorite flavors are the garlic soy, cheese monster, and curry. Top it off with snow onion for extra flavor! Also LOVE rosé tteokbokki! It's not as spicy as the regular one and has a nice cream taste. Pro tip: dip the chicken wings into the rosé tteokbokki sauce. YUM!!! Casual fried chicken eatery that also has a bar and serves alcoholic beverages/cocktails. They put on sports games on the TVs so you can definitely hang around and watch like at typical sports bar. Very nice and friendly service!

Chicken Master? Crunch Master? Whatever CM stands for, CM Chicken's got the lock on crunchy fried chicken!Having seen the CM Chicken name pop up a lot lately, I was eager to give them a try. I am on a forever quest for the best fried chicken. Cincinnati has a lot to offer in terms of killer fried chicken so players need to come to the table ready to go. CM Chicken did not disappoint.CM Chicken offers a number of versions of their chicken. For my first visit, I went basic. I went CM Fried Chicken Original. I ordered the half chicken. Now, they did explain to me how the half chicken comes. It's chicken on the bone, but not as you would probably be used to. It's not simply a split chicken half and it's not necessarily your leg, thigh, wing and breast. It did come on a plate and I could easily identify the leg and the wing. Some of the other pieces were not as easily identifiable. But that's not a bad thing. The other pieces, I am assuming, were a mix of the thighs and breasts. You'd think, thighs and breasts, easy to tell them apart. Not so much. Their chicken is so consistently moist and delicious that you don't have that softer tender dark meat and then the tougher and more dry white breast meat.Now lets focus on the crunch. CRUNCH, indeed! This is possibly the best crunch that I've ever gotten out of fried chicken. Each piece is perfectly coated and that crunch does not slide off like a lot of others do. Now, I did get the original. What I have to say about the original is that there's not a whole lot of herbs or spices to be found. It's definitely not bland, but with most fried chicken, you expect and find a lot of seasoning. Not so much here. But overall, this chicken is fantastic.Keep in mind, they offer several different types. They have Curry, Red Hot Pepper and Soy Spring Onion as options. In addition to that, they have a number of flavor options for their Original Snow Onion Fried Chicken series.Beyond the fried chicken, CM Chicken has a number of sides to offer. Red Hot Pepper Gizzards, Rice Balls, Ramen, Fries and Fried Dumplings, to name a few. I did try the Fried Dumplings. Think vegetarian Gyozas but fried. These were good, don't get me wrong, but they have so many options, I look forward to trying others during my next visits.Would I go back? I actually can't wait to go back. CM Chicken has got the goods. They seem to stay pretty busy and it's obvious why. Not a lot of frills or anything over the top. Just good solid fried chicken.
