Club Oceano Seafood & Bar

First, the waiter was simply excellent, attentive but not intrusive plus knowledgeable.Then the food was great. My GF wasn't quite as hungry as I so after I ordered the shrimp pasta with the accompanying lobster bisque, he offered to split between us. That done, GF ordered the fish tacos appetizer. Excellent choices as we were both happy with the portions and the taste. We haven't been to Club Oceana in a while but we will be back soon.

I had the Sea bass which was excellent. It was New years Eve. We made reservations on Open Table. The girl at the check in desk found our reservation and had us seated immediately. Ate and left. Then the next morning we got an email saying our reservation was cancelled. THEY canceled the reservation and did not give us our 100 points. I emailed on their website and still no points. Not a good way to handle customers. Doubt we'll be back.

Food was good but amount vs cost...is unbalanced. It is expensive here. Atmosphere is good...I would say they try to portray high-end restaurant. Quite enough to talk to your friends. Service is good. Would try again.

Fantastic seafood, top notch quality, taste and presentation. Beautiful ambiance. Place is very large and gets loud. Excellent service and staff professionalism. We shared the Tower which is a very generous app for two. Price was fair at $99. Check the pics. So much food we couldn't finish our entrees and our waitress Brooke boxed them up for us...in fact we also took home a bit of the King Crab and three chilled jumbo shrimp. I'm thinking next time, the Tower plus two ala carte sides/soup would be a meal for two.Lobster bisque was rich and full of lobster meat. It was phenomenal, as good or better than in New England restaurants where the lobster source is right next door. The garlic butter sauce on my grilled scallops/shrimp was off the charts. They will let you swap out the vegetable for any of the entrees.The location of this restaurant is a miniature city-type outdoor shopping mall. I have only been to one other of these. Made me think of New York including the difficulty finding a place to park on the street. There are lots and a parking structure but it would be a bit of walk. Club Oceano does offer valet parking, not sure of the hours it's available. I am looking forward to coming back here as soon as we can!

First time dine in, and it was fantastic! Food/Drink: The soups were amazing, salad was light and crisp, the fish was cooked perfectly, the grits were soft and not soggy. The food was excellent! Appetizers: I didn't partake today but plenty of options.Bread: Nicely crisp Italian bread, and a great butter spread. Dinning Area: Very Large size, open concept. Plenty of seating! Prices: Expensive but worth the price!Parking: Shared lot, garage lot, and street parking. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and large, well stocked.Atmosphere: Elegant, clean, comfortable. A fancy take on a seafood restaurant and very enjoyable. Light background music, hussel and bussel of the bar.Staff/Attendants: Server was great, really nice and attentive. Drink was always filled, food was out very very quickly, order was taken maybe 10 minutes after we got in.Awesome experience! I'd do it again.10/10

Went here for my wife's birthday, and it did not disappoint. Sat at the bar before and tried the dine in version, and it was great. Jameel was excellent and properly attentive and is an asset to Club Oceano. The drinks were the proper pours with the right ingredients, and the Ahi Tuna was good but not a fan of the creamy Wasabi sauce. We would rather have the original Wasabi. Chopped salad was excellent and always go for the upcharge vs. just a side salad. Lobster Tails and ribeye were on point and very good flavor to the jalapeno potatoes. Will definitely be back. One of the best places for old-fashioned.

The service was excellent! Our waiter, Zack, was phenomenal. He was friendly, attentive, and made great food recommendations. He made our dining experience very memorable. When it comes to the food, try the Whisky Carmel Cake. It was full of flavor and the vanilla ice cream amplified the rich taste of the Carmel drizzle. I'd give the cake an A+. My husband and I ordered the "Perfect Match" and it was okay. I also had the lobster bisque. It had a heavy tomato flavor with a smokey kick and I loved it!!! I would order the bisque again and try something new for my main dish. Overall, it was a positive dining experience. If you decide to go, ask for Zack. He's great!

We ate there last night for my daughter's birthday. She made a 6:16 PM reservation and we were immediately seated. Everything was clean including the restroom. Server took our orders quickly. In the meantime we had drinks and warm bread. Nice. Everyone ordered scallops and shrimp which they raved about. I ordered shrimp orzo which was delicious except over seasoned. Most meals come with choice of soup or salad. Pretty good experience! Prices are high but look at the location. Lol.

This place is amazing. Great oysters and the lobster roll was spectacular. Had the blue ocean cocktail and it was amazing on a hot summer day, would definitely recommend here to anyone. Brian was fabulous !

Friendly staff, our server Roger was prompt polite and friendly. Our booth was clean and comfortable. Restrooms were clean.Calamari and peppers was great!Lobster bisque was very good Salad was fresh and the house dressing was very good.Sesame Tuna was very good.Seafood pasta was very good.Espresso Martini is the best we've had in Dayton areaHighly recommend giving it a try!
