Coming back to update my review after 2 years and just to say cloud 9 has been and is always consistently amazing! We love coming here any day or time, the sushi or entrees are always great. The hosts and servers are always so nice too, great place. Best in town for half price sushi!

The sushi was excellent and was priced at 1/2 off. The calamari was pretty bland and didn't taste entirely cooked. The miso soup was decent, though. The only issue with this location was the 2HR parking lot. If you want to stay longer in the area, try street parking! Service and Ambiance were great!

All of these years, we've passed hy Cloud 9 sushi to go to Ichiban. Who knew we were making a mistake? Cloud 9 was delicious! We had great service! Our waiter looked like Scott Caan! And what a deal it was! We will be back!

My favorite cheap sushi restaurant in Cincinnati. Very basic restaurant and not somewhere you go for the ambiance. The quality is good for the price. Lots of options for sushi rolls.

This is a perfect date night spot as well. They do have half of the sushi worth it and they also on Tuesdays at five dollar cocktails if you're in college or just wanna get out which are made this is a place to come to reasonable and affordable. Looking at some of the other reviews begs the question, what were they expecting? Cloud 9 is one of our go to sushi places. It's a dive for sure, but that doesn't mean the food is bad. Is it the greatest sushi in Cincinnati? No. But it is decent food at a decent price. I guess we're not as sophisticated as some of these reviewers (I doubt it) as some people take pleasure in complaining. Always a good value. I'm craving some now.

If you're looking for good sushi on a budget, Cloud 9 is the spot for you. This restaurant offers half-off sushi if you dine in, making it an awesome deal. You can try a bunch of different rolls without breaking the bank. The sushi is always fresh, and they have a pretty big menu, so you can find something you like. The atmosphere at Cloud 9 is pretty basic, but it's clean and has a couple of TVs to keep you entertained while you eat. The service is quick, and the staff is friendly. If you're in the mood for sushi and don't want to spend a lot, Cloud 9 is the perfect choice.

Going off of reviews, this seemed to be a great place to get some delicious sushi. To begin, the service was great but then when it comes down to the quality and taste it certainly wasn't there. Cloud 9 lacks here. Our sushi tasted like it was in the refrigerator for awhile. The salmon in one of the tasted very fishy which normally fresh salmon would not have a fishy flavor. What makes it even worse is that the salmon was marinated in Sriracha sauce and you still get that fishy taste. For appetizer we had the gyoza. I've had better elsewhere, just reminded me of a frozen brand in Kroger I once had in the past. I'm quite puzzled how you get five stars???
