I absolutely LOVE coming to Clifton nutrition! The owner is so kind and easy to talk to and her shakes and teas are DELICIOUS! My personal favorites are the peanut butter Oreo shake (I get mine frosted which includes a donut shot which is fat reducing and helps with appetite control). It seriously tastes like I'm indulging in a milkshake and yet it's healthy! There's also the shark bite energy tea and ugh it's SO GOOD! Not too sweet not too tart, but the perfect combo! The flavor combo is blue razz, pineapple, and cherry *chefs kiss*! Makes me feel super energized without any crash because of the green tea. If caffeine isn't your thing they have refresher options that is caffeine free! They are also always doing specials like Mega Tea Monday and Tag-a-long Tuesday! Be sure to check out their IG to stay up to date with everything they have going on like monthly special flavors, customer appreciation day, and new menu items being added! The atmosphere is fun as soon as you walk into the door because they always have a bomb playlist on and you're greeted with enthusiasm and a smile! Highly recommend stopping in and checking it!

Brought the girls here for an afternoon beverage! My oldest is very picky and she enjoyed it! Cute shop, owner is a whole vibe...took the time to explain the menu to us! Blessed us with a $5 gift card before the visit! A lot of options to pick from! Will visit again!
