CityBird Tenders

The food was good, especially the chicken. The sauce was fairly simple and similar to what other chicken places offer. I did love the bag and box that the food came inside. It traveled well when taking it home to eat. They also offered cans / bottles due to the fountain not working. Inside was nice enough and it's in a nice shopping center. Should be easy to stop and eat if you're in the area. Employees were super nice and helpful!

YUMMY FRIES!!I ordered a Medium Pack with Fries and a few sauces. The chicken was tastier than most. The fries are similar to SmashBurger fries. I tried the City Sauce, Honey Dijon and Lemon Thyme Ranch. All were really good but my favorite was the Honey Dijon. Overall, great chicken tenders and I will have it again.

Wow! I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a few months after reading their reviews here on Yelp, and I'm only disappointed I waited so long to try them!The shining star of the experience is the food. The tenders are juicy, flavored very well, and their homemade sauces are fantastic - including the City Sauce. Do it. One sauce should be enough for 6 tenders by the way - the employee who rang me up didn't really know how far they would stretch. The honey mustard and Ranch are also good.The fries are GREAT. I would have eaten more!The inside decor is modern and very clean. Worked well for conversation - I didn't feel like we were smushed up against someone else's table and they could overhear us.All their chicken is free range and steroid free - which helps with the taste. The one thing I will say is the tenders are smaller probably because of this - no steroids. So where I ordered 6 tenders thinking it would be a lot - I was still hungry when I finished. If I go back I would probably order 8 or 10 - or just get 20 and split it with a friend - they are THAT GOOD.It was our first time and the employee at the counter wasn't the most helpful this time, but the food outshone everything else. Will be back with friends in tow!

Chicken Tenders. A staple in the new American diet. Common in many restaurants, and seldom done well. But, CityBird gets it right. Even the must-have sidekick to chicken tenders, the fries, are done well.Service was great, they brought our food to us during this dine-in visit. But don't expect fancy digs or romantic lighting. CityBird concentrates on their product and keeps their dining areas uncluttered and easy to clean.We're from the south, and we have plenty of first-class options when it comes to chicken tenders. We were surprised to find another in the Midwest!

Love this place for a quick delicious bite to eat. The spicy sandwich is a MUST get it's soooo flavorful the sauce is just right, and getting some city sauce on the side is a pro play. The fries here are seasoned with parm and so crispy. The salad is also delicious if you were wanting a healthier meal just add 1-3 tenders to it! The tenders are smaller than your typical fast food joint but they're way more juicy and seasoned in my opinion.

I'm a chicken tender freak and CityBird has some of the best tenders in town!! Yelp wants me to type more. These beat all the other fast food by a large margin. Some people complained they don't like flavor. So I guess don't eat these if you want dry and bland food. Mmm tenders

I first learned about CityBird from eating at their Over the Rhine location, so glad they have this location now as it's right by my work/house and is a larger restaurant.The branding of CityBird is great! Modern and pleasing design on the inside. A variety of seating on the inside with options for outdoor seating as well. The main thing they serve is Chicken Tenders. Before everyone complains and says "why another chicken tender place" this place is DIFFERENT. They have the superior tender in my opinion. They offer tender meals, sandwiches, and salads. Their fries are covered with Parmesan cheese and parsley. The sauces are made in house daily and you can tell when you taste the sauce that it's made fresh with care! They offer 7 different sauces I've had almost all of them and you can't go wrong with any of them honestly. I love their city sauce and ranch the most! The hot honey is very good as well.On to the tenders, today for lunch I got the large tender meal with fries and a fountain coke. The tenders were just like every previous time I've been here; PERFECT. The breading to chicken ratio is immaculate - there's no "gross" or fatty parts on their chicken unlike other places. The tenders are perfectly seasoned and moist. I could eat them without the sauce but the sauce just adds to the experience. The fries are also insanely tasty; the Parmesan and parsley level them up from just a basic fry and make you wanna clear your plate pretty quickly. The service is always great and fast at this location - It was prime time during lunch rush and I walked right in, placed my order, got my fountain drink, waited less than 5 minutes and my name was called and I was on my way. If you have the choice try to dine in to get the best experience, but even to-go I have still been impressed.Definitely give this place a try! You won't regret it.

We had CityBird for the first time today and I'm not sure why we slept on it! The tenders were perfectly seasoned and delicious. I had the snack pack which was very filling. I also had a side of Cole slaw; it was crunchy and not overly sauced - very good!The fries have Parmesan, garlic, fresh cilantro, and possibly other things - they were awesome. I liked the City Sauce too. I'd say it's similar to signature sauces at other chicken places but higher quality - more of an aioli than oily sauce.

rude and degrading employees, I enter the restaurant and wait 20 minutes for one customer to order In front of me then I use the app for a deal and none of there's scanners are working and went on to make fun of my phone. would not recommend for the overpriced and undersized tenders.

Long line, went at lunch. Line moved quick, and my to-go order was correct. Chicken was a bit spicy on my city chicken sandwich but overall very good
