City Barbeque

All of the City Barbeques are good, but this might be the best location. Large parking lot, quick service.

Drive thru BBQ....out the window quicker than a Wendy's...what could go wrong?-the brisket. Just poor dry quality for upwards of an expensive price. The ribs were just a hair shy of mediocre. Pulled away with 42.00 dollars of disappointment. Only positive was speed and just a hint of smoke.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Nicole (manager) and this store for taking care of their customers when a mistake happened. I had an event and a snafu with picking up the order ( I received partial order and had to drive back, though mistakes happen!) , but wow did Nicole take care of us when I called and brought it to her attention. She made sure my next event had all the fixings, was hot and delicious. The folks this fed work in healthcare and raved at how delicious and well prepared everything was! From the pulled meats, to the sides and their awesome cookies, everything was amazing. I truly thank her for her diligence and phenomenal customer service. I know myself and my area business will be back!

The staff was nice. But to get home and open the bag and see I was charged $8.99 for this "sandwich" is disgraceful. The employees should be embarrassed with themselves. The "Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich" was inedible.

I've been eating CB for years! It's some of the best bbq I've ever had. My absolute favorite is the chipotle bbq sandwich - it's amazing! I used to drive to Blue Ash, but thank God for this location. The food is great, restaurant is kid-friendly, and prices are reasonable. Permanent staple in our household.

We have been there before but always got the sampler. This time I got the pulled chicken sandwich and baked beans. Baked beans were so much barbecue sauce it's all I could taste and my sandwich had something so hot my mouth was burning. I threw up everything in my stomach within minutes of eating. Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a long time. If the menu had and indication that the item was spicy, I would never have ordered it. But I did not know.

This is a pretty decent fast food bbq joint. Their pulled pork was pretty dry but the brisket was good! The mac and cheese was a little bland but some salt helped. Coleslaw was good. All of the employees were super nice regardless of how busy it is in there.

First things first.. THEY HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH!!!However, I opted to go inside and check it out as it was a fairly new building. And enjoy the smell! :)Helpful staff. Quick order and got my food fast. The iced tea is AMAZING so you must try! I got a sampler and some sides. The brisket was a little cooked for my liking but the rest was amazing! I've had the brisket fresh before and it was wayyy better! Don't be afraid to ask for more tender or fresh cuts. They'll hook you up!They were open during some tough weather so special thanks to the team!!!

Service is always good but the food is not. At least at this location. I ordered 2 days in a row and they watered down my lemonade. I been before and got ribs. They were a little tough but just ok. I got the pull pork sandwich last week and it was good but my lemonade was weak. Barely a yellow tint to it. The next day I ordered wings, salad and lemonade. I believe they are just being cheap at this location . When I walked in I seen a bag and a cup that looked like water. I told them I ordered online and he said that was mine. I said I ordered online lemonade. He said we changed our lemonade it's much sour now. I could literally see through the cup. I then turned around to the condiment station and the lemonade looked like lemonade! So I poured whatever he gave me out and got another drink. I just visited another location and asked did they recently changed their lemonade she said no. If I pay for something I expect to get what I paid for. The wings wasn't good either. So I have decided that I will not visit that location anymore. No matter which location I visit the service is always good though

My Nashville chicken sandwich was raw. When asked by an employee of everything was good. I asked her if it's supposed to look like this and she said it fully cooked. To be fair she offered me a replacement sandwich but I declined. Overall not a good experience.
