Cinco de Mayo Mexican Grill

I was so hungry but the time I made it to the food court that everything smelled and sounded amazing. We decided on Mexican. I had the carnitas tacos and a horchata and my brother had the arroz con pollo and queso with a mango lemonade. The service was great but it's so loud to hear anything in the food court so it makes it difficult to order. The carnitas didn't look great but they tasted ok. The horchata was good. My brother enjoyed his chicken and rice. I wouldn't order the carnitas again but would definitely stop again. They have a large menu and lots of options so plenty to choose from.

Met a friend there yesterday for lunch. The service was great our server was very friendly. We got guacamole it was amazing, delicious, the best. I will definitely be back here. Looking for a good Mexican restaurant I would definitely recommend this place.

Great quality food, good prices good customer service. I have been multiple times never been disappointed. Food is seasoned good to be tasteful.

This is one of those joints where, not unlike Chipotle and Qdoba, you tell the person behind the sneeze guard what you want in/on your burrito / taco / bowl of stuff. Yes, there is lettuce and sour cream available, so don't worry, Hoosier. You can have all you want.I opted for a refried bean, rice and cheese burrito, because I'm forever trying to find a good BRC burrito in Indiana. This was not my day to find one, though. What I got tasted like a burrito full of oatmeal because it was so bland and flavorless. Really, if they would have just salted the beans and rice, I'm sure my burrito would have been decent. I think they make them bland because they assume that everyone is going to order a burrito with meat in it, which is probably flavorful and adequately salted, and so the other components of the burrito don't have to shine. They are so wrong, though! Each has to taste good or else it all fails. And it all failed. It's in a mall, though, so what should I have expected, right? But I had some hopes for it when I saw that everyone behind the counter was Hispanic. That is usually a good sign when you are judging Mexican food. My search for a good BRC burrito goes on ...

By far the best Mexican food you'll find in the midwest. Cinco de Mayo is located in the Greenwood Park Mall's food court. When you walk up, you're greeted by the friendly staff. You get so many choices: tacos, burritos, chimichangas, and so much more. The ingredients are all laid out in front of you, so you can choose what you want in your item.My favorite meal from Cinco de Mayo is a pollo asada (grilled chicken) chimichanga, with a side of arroz (rice) and frijoles (refried beans) with queso over everything.Some of the notable ingredients they have include queso, guacamole, slices of lime, 2 kinds of beans, several kinds of salsa, pulled chicken, grilled chicken, beef, and pork, Pepsi products.The price is reasonable, especially for how much food you get. And if you're a mall employee in uniform, they give you a discount.Definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant.

Nope, won't be ordering from this place again on Doordash. My daughter ordered a burrito with bistec as the meat choice. I ordered a burrito with carne molida as the meat choice. Both burritos are the same price. They are literally the same item on the menu, just different meats chosen. The photo attached is what arrived. I cannot wrap my head around why there is such a difference in size. As far as quality and taste, the food was okay but not spectacular.

This place has got to be the best Mexican style food around! Coming from the southwest, finding anything that taste authentic here has been hard. If you like spicy salsa, not that tomato paste stuff, you need to get some here for your fridge!

Oh my gosh. This place has better Mexican food than 90% of the Mexican restaurants I've been to!! Their carne asada is SOOOOO GOOD. much much more flavor than I've tasted anywhere else!! They have huge burritos and delicious tacos. I've also had their arroz con pollo which I love! And churros are delicious. I had a stage where I ate this place daily ‍

DO NOT EAT HERE! Not only do they overcharge you, the food was HORRIBLE! The tamales, unetible, the steak, poor quality. Service was, lets just say INADEQUATE! SAVE YOUR $$!

Great ambiance, excellent service, best food we have had in a long time!! We will be back!!
